Discover this marvelous lakefront house that has 4 Large Bedrooms & 2½ Baths. 10 people can comfortably sleep in this spacious 2250 square foot home. You will enjoy a massive fireplace, cathedral ceiling with cypress beams, and a large sun-room offering a wonderful view of the lake. A two mile drive from Seminole State Park with a slip for boats 1/4 mile from house. The lake is perfect for all boating activities including prize winning fishing, skiing, and pulling kids on tubes. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee. Hot tub will be filled and ready to relax!

My brother and I purchased this property together 20 years ago when our grandchildren were young. Many joyful memories were made. Children and grandchildren grew, moved and my brother died. In order to help pay the bills and keep the house I signed up to rent our home as a vacation rental. What a great decision! I have made new friends, shared our special place with those who enjoyed it as much as we did. Best decision ever!
Why they chose this property
Quiet rural space on a well maintained dirt road. The lake is clear and filled with fish. Swimming is enjoyable for all ages. We do always keep an eye out for alligators and gave on occasion spotted one. the birds are plentiful and beautiful, from soaring osprey and eagles to small sing birds to migrating birds by the thousands.
