The building was small and looked older but renovated. The condo was very nice, clean and updated. There was a small grassy area for our dogs, which was very appreciated. Restaurants and Pier Park in the same area. Beach front and wonderful views. Great stay!

Property was very clean and pet friendly. Its hard to find pet friendly condos on the beach so we were very happy have found Dave's condo. Dave was so easy to work with and answered all questions very quickly. We even added a night to our stay with ease. We will return.

Nice,clean, comfortable accommodations. No elevator, but after getting moved into our room that wasn't a big factor. Beach location was great, and other that not having enough cabinet space to put up our groceries, the condo suited all of our needs.
