Great location and pool area. Internet did not work all week after we informed the host and they did not fix it. We were not told about the main entrance until we were locked out of the parking garage entrance the first night.

This was a great location. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance. Santa Monica Pier and Hollywood were pretty close as well! The roof deck and pool were great! The gym was excellent. Little Tokyo was nearby, a lot of great food and shops make sure to check them out.

I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews as I know that it’s part of someone’s investment revenue, however I don’t want someone to be disappointed like we were. The pros: central location - downtown and 3 bedrooms; and the rooftop pool and views were really nice to look at (we didn’t have time to get in).Cons - the check-in process of having to meet someone to let you into the garage and unit was a bit sketchy.The carpets need to be cleaned or replaced.Every sink or shower lacked a drain cover - I just kept hoping that my kids or I would drop something down a drain.The unit faces a concrete parking deck, so looking out the windows - the only view is concrete structure.The balcony unfortunately was damp and smelled of urine (I’m guessing from the dog above and a vent that came from above.The washing machine had mold in the front, which caused pause from “washing” clothes.The king bed in one of the rooms was literally on its last leg and sunk down when lying on it.I think with a little investment, this unit can reach the proper potential. Unfortunately it’s a low point for our summer family trip.
