Bracken Hill Guest House - Quiet country retreat near Eugene and wineries

Escape to this quiet country guest house located on 20 fenced acres. Located just 30 minutes from downtown Eugene and 20 minutes from the Eugene Airport, you'll feel worlds away at our wooded property in the heart of Southern Willamette Valley wine country. In fact, the neighboring property is a 40-acre vineyard with tasting room!

The guest house sits on 20 fenced acres which includes a small pond, garden area, open pasture and some forested acreage. Guests will have access to property, but not residents' private swimming pool.

Our guest house is a cozy two bedrooms (one king, one bunks) that will sleep up to 6 with the queen pull out couch in the living room. All bed linens, including extra blankets, are provided.

The bathroom has a small shower, but no tub.

The kitchen has an apartment-sized refrigerator with small freezer, toaster oven, two-burner hot plate, and microwave oven. Complete table setting for six is included along with all cooking utensils to cook meals, including blender, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, mixer, etc.

There is a small dining table available inside as well as a bistro table and chairs on the outdoor patio. Gas BBQ is available for use outside.

The living room features a flat screen Smart TV, ROKU for streaming services, digital antenna, and Blu-Ray player. There is also a Wii console with a few games for additional entertainment. Free Wifi is included.

The Eugene airport (EUG) is approximately 12 miles from the property. Rental cars are available at the airport and in Eugene. Maps of the area, including winery guide, calendar of events, and a local restaurant guide are available at the guest house. Numerous brochures about things to do in the local area are also available.

Very cute little house. Great area. The town Veneta was close and had good restaurants. The location was central to all the places we visited such as Crater Lake and Salt Creek Falls. Patio area was used every night by us. Kitchen had everything you needed except a stove but the toaster oven and grill worked well. Loved the place.

Bracken Hill guest house is owned and operated by my husband Jason and I. We recently purchased to property from my parents who ran the Guest House for many years. I grew up here and am excited to be back in my childhood home making memories with my family. Jason and I have to two daughters (19 and 21) who are currently in college and come home from time to time.

We are excited to host you at our property and hope you enjoy the peace and quiet that the Oregon countryside offers.
