Plenty of space, comfortable beds, modern furnishings and decor, off-street parking. Big perk is furnished amenities so you don’t need to bring your own shampoo, soap, etc. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was easy to get to downtown, Virginia Beach and interstate. Would stay here again!

The place was clean, great communication with the host and fast responses. The Tv was not work. Someone came out to replaced the TV the next day. 6 minutes drive to ocean view beach. I will stay here again.
Rented this spot for three evenings 4 days while in town with three teenagers for a wrestling tournament in Virginia Beach. We knew it was about a 30 minute drive, but there were no rentals that were reasonable closer to the sports facility so we opted for a little longer drive and a wonderful house. Everything from the check-in process to the cleanliness and basically brand new furnishings of the house made it a joyful stay. We also enjoyed a very convenient quick checkout where ther

The property has some good and some bad. Primary bedroom bed was very comfortable, water pressure in both showers is great and they were clean. The fan in the main bath is super noisy and sounds like it needs replacing. Kitchen is stocked but pretty bare bones. The house was clean but very musty and could benefit from a dehumidifier. The large living room window that faces the street only has some unlined curtains that you can see through at night so not very private. No throw blankets or any extra cozy blankets. We did ask for a throw blanket and some cleaning supplies which they did drop off that day. The backyard furniture had not been cleaned in quite a long time and was old and dirty so not usable to sit on. The fence has some gaps so be mindful of that. The next door neighbor has two large dogs that are out in their dog run a lot and bark so much it was annoying. Property has large pine trees that drop lots of debris so the carport was great. No sidewalks so you have to walk in the street to walk your dog or take a walk. On our last day (in the morning)the city sewer at the house backed up on the front yard. Needless to say that last day wasn’t good. We were told it was up to the city to fix it. The situation wasn’t rectified until after we had checked out and no attempt made to reimburse us or move us at the time. Only after reaching out again to them did they offer to discount half of that last day.
