Newly furnished with cooktop, microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster, regular coffee maker and Keurig, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Apartment includes linens, towels, Smart HDTV 43 inches includes 50+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. Great food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun.

Upon inspection Castaways Resort was deemed safe and cleared by the City of Daytona after Hurricane Ian.
This gorgeous apartment is at the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the ambience, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Very good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids). Centrally located on a quiet piece of sand in the Castaways Beach Resort.

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

Excellent host & excellent property! Great ocean view & I spent alot of time on the balcony! The pool was closed for maintenance but the ocean is RIGHT THERE & I have a pool at home in Tennessee! I loved the hard white sand at Dayton (especially since I’m not a youngster anymore). The host was extremely responsive & went above and beyond to make sure that our visit was fantastic!

Perfect price especially for the view. We really enjoyed staying here! We had a nice fridge, small kitchen and a king bed. We had no issues on our stay. Would book again. Also there’s a diner connected to the condos that we went to multiple times with amazing food!

Honestly the pictures were not updated to its current state. There were stains on the wall, the toilet paper was brown and looked like they wet it to make it look neat. The bathroom kept wetting the floor no matter what we did. Me and my boyfriend got sick from all the dust from the ac, also the ac was extremely loud and the bed was very creaky. On our third day we both woke up to ticks in the bed on our hair. Not happy at all and most definitely would want a refund if possible.

When I arrived, there was a noticeable marijuana smell in the lobby, elevator, hallway, and inside the unit (likely coming from outside). I contacted the host, who suggested turning off the A/C, stating the smell could be coming from outside, and said he would contact the HOA. However, no other solution (such as an air filter) was offered. The smell came and went but remained unpleasant. I was here for a hospital externship, not vacation, so this was not ideal.Three days before checkout, plumbers entered due to a major leak between units. I had just finished a 24-hour hospital shift and had to leave the unit for several hours. The host did not respond to my message about this. When I returned, the issue was still unresolved.Shortly after the plumbers left (saying they would return after I checked out), police knocked on the door regarding a large folder the plumbers had turned in containing sensitive personal information (IDs, Social Security data, etc.). They ran our IDs and informed us that an investigation had been opened. This was extremely concerning, and at that point my boyfriend and I no longer felt safe and had to leave and book another hotel.The front desk staff were very kind and apologetic throughout, but the host never acknowledged or responded to the situation. While the unit itself was updated and nice, the overall experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and concerning.
