Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash and dry all used dishes.
Put all trash in the outside green trashcan bin.
Put used washcloths and towels in the bathtub. Strip all used bedroom linens and pile it on the bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking or Vaping inside the home- only outside in designated smoking areas. You will be charged $150.00 if you smoke inside the home.
Outside of water, there is no eating or drinking in the bedrooms. There will be a charge of 25.00 per room where food and drinks are found.

The house was very clean and comfortable, and had a nice “at home” atmosphere. Communicating with our host was easy, and she was very responsive. We found shops, grocery stores and restaurants within 2 mi.

Home away from home

I rented this property for my husband and his colleague who was traveling for work. It met all of their expectations. It definitely gave them the comfort of home. The owners were very nice and pleasant to work with as well.

This was a great house for our trip. We are a family with four kids, ranging from 2-16. We had family dinner on Thanksgiving, and we didn't feel cramped. We were closer to local family, and even closer to Downtown Fayetteville. The house is surrounded by a fence that we can secure, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the backyard, but it is huge also. The owners were easy to get in touch with and resolved the fewbissues we had. Overall a great home and will be at the top of our list if we come back to the city!
