Nice quiet stay.
Very accurate vs the listing. Inside especially. Outside less, driveway rough and needs repair. In rougher part of town. Nice inside. Bed need improvement though comfortable but would not say very. Well equipped except needsHair dryer and no dishwasher nor dish soap to clean things. Checkout expectations not communicated so just left things as best we could and only point from host was to rerun key to lock box. Tape on outlets in bedroom needed to be clarified ok with the host that were from prior guest. Thank you good deal. Met expectations

I’m truly sorry this reservation didn’t work out. Unfortunately, due to a calendar synchronization issue between our booking platforms, this reservation ended up being double-booked. As soon as I realized what had happened, I contacted the guest right away so she could make other arrangements as quickly as possible.
I completely understand why she was disappointed, and I would have felt the same way. Although she never actually stayed at the home, I still wanted to make things right. As a goodwill gesture, I offered her a future stay with us at a heavily discounted rate, but unfortunately we weren’t able to come to a resolution.
This was an unfortunate situation, and it’s certainly not the experience I want anyone to have. I’ve taken additional steps to help prevent this from happening again, and I hope future guests will look at the many positive reviews from those who have actually stayed with us. I take pride in providing a great experience and appreciate everyone who chooses to stay at our home.
