Very Comfortable

This was a very comfortable and clean house. The bed slept really good. Tonya, the host, was very accommodating and super easy to deal with. High recommend if you’re in the area!

Yes, I charged an extra fee because the trash was not taken out, including beer boxes left by the trash cans, toilet seat was broken and had to be replaced, spills were left on the floor in kitchen and living room, coffee table had sticky spills on it

We recently stayed at this home in Cabot and overall had a very comfortable experience. The house was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything our family needed during our stay. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was good.The primary reason for not giving 5 stars was cleanliness. Upon arrival, several areas of the bathroom required additional cleaning before we felt comfortable using them. There was visible grime and buildup around the sink fixture, staining and residue on the bath mat, dirt and soap scum in the shower, and noticeable buildup along the baseboards and corners behind the toilet. None of these issues were severe enough to ruin our stay, but they suggested that the bathroom had not received the level of deep cleaning most guests would expect.Once we cleaned those areas ourselves, the remainder of our stay was pleasant and comfortable. With a little more attention to detail from the cleaning crew, this property would easily earn a 5-star rating. We would still consider staying here again because the home itself was comfortable and met our needs well.

I have had several back to back stays recently and apparently overlooked the finer details of cleaning in the bathroom, but from now on I will make sure that is something we pay attention to during clean up.
