Uniquely located in downtown Oranjestad, Two blocks from the Renaissance Resort and within walking distance to Surf side beach and vibrant center of Oranjestad, the fine restaurants, casinos, night clubs, shops and all exciting down town attractions and less than ten minutes’ drive from the airport.
Rental car is definitely not a requirement. Just a few minutes’ walk you will find yourself in center of all attractions,
You will also find yourself just around the corner from our newest walking/jogging boardwalk that runs along the seaside, and will lead you to the center of all your heart desires.

Our stay was very good, it was just my wife & I. It was clean, full kitchen with dishes & utensils, enough room to move around & not feel cramped at all. The walk to downtown was literally a 1/2 mile with plenty to do & see, and restaurants. Surfside beach is also about 1.5 miles away as well. The owner Fred was great to work with and responded to my messages quick. The only bad thing was the mattress was hard. If we’re ever back in Aruba we will stay here.

Great location: 5min walk from Surfside beach and 10min walk into Oranjestad. We loved the beach, great for swimming and not too busy. The walk into towns along the water on a trail. Studio apartment was clean and roomy, included a full kitchen. Also provided a small area to sit on the patio outside. Host also provided beach chairs and beach towels. The host, Fred, is extreemly responsive and allowed us to arrive 2 days later than planned and let us stay 2 days past the original departure date due to our cancelled flight from snowy Philly, PA.We rented bikes from our host to explore the island. These were hybrid/mountain bikes with very comfortable seats and suspension.All in all a great place to stay, highly recommend it.
