***** House Rules *****
- No Smoking: Our condo maintains a smoke-free environment, including the balconies.
- Pets are allowed during the off-season, from October 1 to April 30. Pets Must be Pre-Approved Prior to Booking.
- Age Restriction: We do not rent to high school or college groups under 25 years old.
- Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests
- No Gatherings/Parties: Our home is for registered guests only, ensuring a peaceful stay for everyone.

***** Booking and Fees *****
- Rates are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
- Damage and Incidentals: Up to $500 charge for any damage during your stay.
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 3 pm, check-out at 11 am.
- Weekly Rentals: June through September requires weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.

******** Pet Policy ********
Ocean City allows dogs on the beach and boardwalk only between October 1st and April 30th. Therefore, you are welcome to bring up to 2, house-trained and well-behaved dogs (each weighing no more than 35 lbs) from October 1 to April 30.

There is a $60 Pet fee. Pets must be crated if they are left unattended.

***** Cancellation Policy *****
- 100% Refund: If canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: If canceled at least 7 days before check-in.
- No Refund: If canceled less than 7 days before check-in.

***** Rental Agreement and ID Required *****
A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. Failure to return the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation.
