Perfect location in Old City. Easy walk to all the historic attractions, restaurants, public transit, etc. Tiffany was SUPER responsive and helpful. Don't miss the view from the roof!!

Location was good so you can walk to museums and restaurants. The stairs to the bedroom and bathroom was a little hard. There were a lot of flying bugs like gnats that were a problem.

Great location in Old City! Convenient to all transit, interstate, food & easy access to all the popular things to do. It’s across the street from the gorgeous Christ Church too! Host is super & very responsive to everything we needed & even handled an issue with great speed & ease. Highly recommend!

Perfect location to all the historical sites we wanted to see. Parking we reserved was only 1 block south. The space was cute and comfortable to relax after a day of walking and slept like babies in the most comfortable bed in the lower level. We didn't use the kitchen much but would have everything we needed. We will for sure visit again when back in Philadelphia.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a very good Old Town location close to the historical sites and with convenient public transit, if preferred. There was a problem with the coding for entering the building, but it was resolved. Do note that the air conditioning is loud since the unit is in a closet next to the kitchen/living room, and, if you have trouble with stairs, the bedroom/bathroom in the basement.

Great location for the stay! It is easily walkable to many great places and very comfortable. I did not read the details and the bedroom and bathroom are down some stairs but I did not mind that at all. I like to keep a sleeping space separate from TV/dining areas. The kitchen was spacious and the couch and TV were flexible. I would definitely stay there again.
