Welcome to the tranquil beach escape of Peaches and Cream at La Valencia.
Only a few steps from the Emerald Coast, you'll have your toes in the sand in no time! Enjoy the quiet, gated resort of La Valencia while also being only a quick drive to the popular Pier Park & 30a area. This property also boasts a beachfront community pool for guest use, as well as a tennis court. Pull right up to the front door! No elevators and no frustrations.
As you enter the tropical property, you'll find yourself in the cozy living room followed by the updated, fully equipped kitchen. The downstairs bedroom has a private half bath, along with two twin beds. You can enjoy the peaceful morning on the patio off of this bedroom! Also downstairs is a full size washer and dryer.
Heading upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bonus area with two more twin beds. One bedroom has a queen size bed along with a private, screened balcony! The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, en suite bathroom with updated shower, and a private, screened balcony. There is an additional full bathroom with an updated shower in the hallway.
One of the perks of the west end is the lack of high rises and more beach space for you to set up! You can also easily drive to 30a or Pier Park for additional shopping and restaurants.
