Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to downtown, the marina, or the public beach. A charming 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with a screen back porch, outdoor firepit, grill and spacious fenced in backyard all for your use! The cottage centrally located and is just is a short walk to downtown New Buffalo, the marina, and the public beach!


The space:
Anna's Cottage was completely renovated a few short years ago, and is updated annually. Bamboo floors, tile, appliances, screened-in back porch and deck.

Guest access:
Guests can access the entire property.

Other things to note
Living room has wifi and a smart television you can connect your streaming services too. There is a desk to work at as well.

We are unable to accept requests for early check-in or late check-out. Also before booking please understand you are agreeing to fill out the City of New Buffalo's Short Term Rental - Renter Form. This form is submitted directly to the city to comply with new STR rules and will be delivered before you arrive for completion.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Thank you so much for staying. Please only strip the sheets on beds you use. You can leave all the sheets in the rooms on the bed, just remove them.
We appreciate loading the dishwasher if you have alot of dishes and taking the trash and recycling out to the bid on the driveway side of the house.
All checkout procedures are in the printed guide at the house.

Great cottage! Very clean and well maintained. Lots of amenities and in a very quiet location yet close enough to walk to local attractions. This was my first VRBO experience and it was fantastic! Owner was very responsive to questions and very personable. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family.

Why they chose this property

This house is central to everything that New Buffalo has become. Simple walk to downtown, the beach, the breweries, you name it.

What makes this property unique

It's been in my family since it was new. It's been modernized in many ways over the years and we continue to invest in it. We have a fantastic backyard area, a screened-in porch connected to the kitchen, and easy accessibility to all of the downtown amenities.
