☀ A $500 security hold will also be required, collected through a secure, off-platform process upon signing the rental agreement. However, the hold will not be placed until 2 days before arrival and will be released 7 days after departure, provided no damages are reported. Please note that we use OwnerRez, a hotel-style software, to securely manage off-platform security deposits.
☀ Transportation options in North Wildwood are plentiful, including Uber, Lyft, and the tram car on the boardwalk. You can also rent a golf cart or bike from local establishments on the island.
☀ No linens are provided. We do offer a quilt, sleeping pillows in our unit. But there are several places nearby that offers linens on rent.
☀ Please be aware that the unit does not have heating. ☀ We do not offer shampoos or soap with our unit.
☀ During your stay, you'll have access to the shared laundry facility, complete with a washer and dryer conveniently located on the side of the building.
