The house is located in a peaceful area, on the ground of 10 000m2 full of many different plants,fruits near the entrance to the Mala Paklenica canyon. In front of the house there is a hike and bike path which connects the Velika Paklenica with the Mala Paklenica canyon. Near the centre but still far enough to have your own peace and privacy. The house is perfect for all nature lovers, climbers, people who like hiking, biking, for families and group of friends,for bird watching and all people fond of great holiday who are fed up with noisy, crowded places
There are three bedrooms for 6 people, two bathrooms, big kitchen, living room, terrace with breathtaking view to the sea, mountain and sunsets. There is also one small house with small kitchen, one more toilette and a big grill where you can prepare your meals.

Starigrad Stay

We only stayed one night, but the location was beautiful. We enjoyed a bottle of wine on the veranda and watched a beautiful sunset. We would come back for a longer visit next time.

perfect place

we liked te house very much, we had a nice welcome and everything was explained. We enjoyed our half week in the house, is was warm in site and the terrace near the house was warm enough to sit outside. We owners dit a good job and the house was perfect for us, but could also be rented for a bigger group.

Een ontspannen vakantie in een prachtige omgeving

We brachten 10 dagen door als familie in het mooie huis aan de kust van Seline. Erg rustig gelegen met zicht op zee en de bergen. Het huis is goed uitgerust en heeft ook airco. In de tuin mochten we vijgen plukken, die heerlijk waren. Op 15 minuten wandelen ben je bij een winkeltje en een restaurant. Voor het strand (keien) namen we telkens de auto. De gastvrouw Gordana gaf ons de nodige informatie over de omgeving en ook een kaft in het huisje hielp ons op weg. Goed gelegen om Zadar te bezoeken en ook de Plitvici meren. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie achter de rug, mede dankzij de vriendelijke gastvrouw. Een aanrader voor wie een ontspannen en rustige vakantie wil.

Traumhafte Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt wie beschrieben kurz unterhalb der Mala Paklenica.Zum Meer kann man zwar laufen, ist aber etwas weit. Wir sind mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto hingefahren. Ca.1 bis 3km je nach Strand. Wir waren immer am Strand zw Seline und Starigrad, der ist groß hat Bars und eine große Hüpfburg. Zum klettern sind wir mit dem Auto zur großen Schlucht gefahren. Ca 5 km. Mit dem Mountainbike gibt es auch eine kürzere Strecke. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben, wir fanden es super. Vor allem die Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem gleichen Grundstück ca 100 Meter entfernt. Wenn etwas fehlt sind sie direkt zur Stelle. Hier ein sehr großes Lob von uns. Ausflüge nach Zadar, Nin,Insel Pag oder Insel Uglian sind in einer akzeptablen Zeit machbar und lohnen sich. Auch die angebotenen Kajaktouren auf dem Fluss Zrmanja sind zu empfehlen.

Einfach nur schön!

Es war toll, einer der besten Aufenthalte und Urlaube, die wir bisher hatten. Das kleine Häuschen liegt ein wenig abgelegen, in wunderschöner Umgebung, 10 min fußläufig vom Ortszentrum Saline und 15 min vom Strand. Es ist sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Die Betten sind so bequem, dass wir sie am liebsten eingepackt hätten, und die Vermieter, Gordana Marasovič und ihr Mann, sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal. Vielen Dank!

A piece of paradise !

A piece of paradise ! This accommodation is well furnished with everything you could possibly need and with good beds ! Furthermore Gordana and her family are really nice and nearby if you have any questions or needs, just send her a message ! The charming house of wood and stone is surrounded by olive and fig trees. Just located in a quiet location : 5 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the mountain. You're alone but very closed from everythings. Rest on the terrace eating figs and enjoy the panoramic view ! We had a great time there ! Thanks to the Marasovic family !

Einfach nur wunderschön!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Seline unendlich genossen! Ein wundervolles Haus mit einem tollen Garten und einer sehr netten Vermieter-Familie! Das ruhig gelegene Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt, der Garten mit den vielen Feigenbäumen ein Traum, der Blick auf's Meer als auch ins Gebirge herrlich, der Weg zum Dorf ein Katzensprung- perfekt für einen Urlaub mit der Familie! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Perfect Isolation

Enjoyed a wonderful weeks stay at this accommodation. Set back from the small village of Seline and 5 mins away from Starigrad this accommodation commands a position overlooking the see with 180 degree vistas, turnaround and you then have views of the towering Paklenika National Park...simply perfect. The Villa itself is a labour of love built by hand out of local and re-claimed materials and built to a very high standard, its a joy in itself finding the little building details that have been built into the house. House is very well equipped containing everything you need for a self catering stay and the added touch of a small welcome pack containing local Croatian products from Gordana made us feel immediately welcome in her home. We wer well placed for visiting nearby attractions (Kryka 1hr, Plitvik 1hr 30, Pag 45mins) and there are plenty of local coves and beaches if you want to stay closer to home and for the more energetic the Paklenika National Park is directly behind you, great walks can be had from Gate 1 and Gate 2, if you are into climbing this is a Mecca so call ahead and book a guide. After busy (or not) simply light a fire in the separate indoor BBQ room , slap on some Steaks and enjoy the view, plenty of tables, chairs and recliners are supplied . Grab a drink and watch the sunset in your right eye and the Croatian moon ride in your left (We had the luck of viewing a lunar eclipse during our stay) The sky are enourmous and if you luck out the back of the property away from the lights of Seline you will see more stars than you can ever imagine (shooting stars also seen) .. Gordana is the perfect hostess, not fussing but on hand if needed (send a text if needed) and supplies any local info required and wonderful fresh figs from the trees surrounding the house. The parting gift of homemade cherry Liquer was a wonderful touch and very very tasty in a Prosecco Cocktail. I could go on for ever but the easiest thing is go stay here and see for yourself.

Prachtige woning met een schitterend uitzicht.

Prachtige woning op een heel rustige locatie. Veel privacy en rust en toch strand, restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. De woning is nieuw, de inrichting is top met zeer goede bedden. De airco houdt de woning koel. Aanradertje!
