The carriage house was absolutely perfect for just me and my husband! Clean and cozy. We loved the tram service available and that we were in walking distance of the pool. The property was clean and the host was responsive for any of our needs. The community is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Place was perfect for what we needed it for. I would suggest curtains. The street light outside lit up the entire unit and the sun in the morning lit up in the morning.

Overall a fantastic place to stay. Just be aware that if you bring your own beach chairs to the private beach, you’re funneled into a very small and extremely crowded roped-off section of the beach. The other option is to rent chairs from the one rental company that appears to control the area. They charge something like 300/day for 2 chairs and an umbrella. When we were there (mid June 2026) that section sat entirely empty and unused (because who wants to pay 300 to rent a couple of chairs) while everyone who brought their own chairs was basically shoulder to shoulder.

Great place for 2 people, loved that it was available for only half the week. We had a GREAT time. Access to Lagoon Pool and 15 min walk to beach. Short walk to Rosemary and Alys Beach , lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. A/C worked great (a must when it’s so hot!) and it was so nice having bikes, washer and dryer.

Phenomenal location with everything being in walking or biking distance. Great pool and beach access. The carriage house was perfect in size for my wife and I. Great owners as well, had a chance to meet him!

This property met our expectations and was just the right size for two people. Location and community cannot be beat, nice little kitchen and layout. Parking directions were a little confusing as was finding the window for our welcome packet, but all in all a great stay!
