Enjoy your favorite shows on any of the three flat-screen TVs and relax on one of two private lanais—perfect for soaking in the Waikiki vibe. While the condo offers vibrant city views, the master bedroom lanai provides a peek of the ocean for a touch of island charm.

*CONSTRUCTION NOTE* The Ilikai Tower will be undergoing spall repair and exterior painting from July 2025 until July 2027. There maybe construction noise Monday - Friday, between 8 am - 5 pm. The spall repair for the 25 stack that this condo is located within is scheduled for August 2026 - October 2026. More information will be available as the dates near.

We really appreciate the amenities, beach supplies and closeness to everything without being in the middle of everything. Unit was clean, responsibilities were clear and reasonable. The road noise can be a bit loud at times, glad I brought along a sound machine to block some of that out. An easy walk to the beach, food options and shops. Would definitely recommend to others visiting. Family of 5, all adults for age reference.

We were initially pleased to see some beach chairs and a beach umbrella but the umbrella was broken and chairs in rough shape. Unfortunately adult pool was closed one entire day for maintenance, unit was well located. Nice to have 2 balconies. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped.

This place had panoramic windows with beautiful views of the city. Communication was excellent. The location was very convenient with quick 10 minute walk to the beach. Bathrooms were spacious. Having 2 lanais was nice. It has a large beautiful table for eating. Though laundry wasn’t in the unit itself, it was convenient located down the hall for 3.50 per load. The traffic was definitely loud at night due to the location, however this should be expected since it is in downtown Honolulu. To save money, we avoided the valet 45/day valet parking and parked in the Ilikai marina parking slots behind the building and walked 5 minutes to our building. Those spots charge 1/hour. The kitchen was minimally equipped with the basics and could have used a few more towels and wash cloths since there wasn’t a washing machine in the individual unit but still giving 5 stars for the cleanliness, convenience, and communication.

Lots of restaurants around and short walk to the beach. Comfortable bedrooms. Didn’t use the kitchen but looked well stocked. Some street noise and chicken noise but overall great space and location.
