This condo was awesome. We absolutely loved it. Had everything you need. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Close to the beach. Restaurant and market on site. Valet parking was expensive but very convenient. Great place to stay.

Great location

Lots of restaurants around and short walk to the beach. Comfortable bedrooms. Didn’t use the kitchen but looked well stocked. Some street noise and chicken noise but overall great space and location.

Incredible location, was worried about parking, but property was exactly what we were looking for. Close to everything, beach, shopping, driving distance to local attractions. Awesome, highly recommended.

What a beautiful place. It was the perfect location, walking distance to so many things like shopping, restaurants and the beach. We were next to the famous Hilton Waikīkī. Our hotel/condo had a restaurant below also and a convenience store with anything you may need, as well as other little shops below. We had an amazing view of the city but could still see the ocean from the balcony (see photos). It was clean and very nice. We had everything we needed and we did need a hair dryer. After contacting the management we were brought a brand new one. Although the concierge was not open downstairs 24 hours or the weekend, they were very responsive by texts any time. We needed to check in an hour early and we were allowed since it was available. It was nice and quiet and I highly recommend it. There was parking 45 per day, but we parked across the street for 15 (behind the McDonalds). While we didn’t have our own beach, it was the marina, the beach was just a 5-10 min walk. The room had some beach chairs and umbrellas too that you can take with you to the beach. We felt very safe and loved everything. We did not use the pool, since there was so many other things to do. Truly a great experience.

Amazing location, amenities and price

It was really reasonably priced and such an amazing location! An easy stroll (with two kids in tow!) to the lagoon each day and a short walk to Ala Moana shopping centre. I would highly recommend this property - and I will be back next year!

We were totally amazed of how roomy the condo was , the 2 balconies off each bedroom was excellent, you could see miles n miles in either direction, I’m not a tap wtr drinker but it was refreshing as bottled wtr, each room had its own tv accompanied by some premium channel. You will not be disappointed, it is actually as described,

Perfect condo

Our family of five loved staying in this beautiful spacious condo. The location was perfect for exploring Waikiki and the other parts of the island. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, the mall, and even church. Of course, the pools and beach were super convenient and nice. We would love to return for another stay!

WE STAYED FOR 8 DAYS AND THE ROOM WAS AS IT IS IN PICTURE. Bed in the MASTER WAS NICE and the 55 in TV wasn't bad either .The hotel was close to everything u need shopping,beach, food an even car rentals . Can't wait for the next trip

Great Location near Waikiki Beach

Although this is not actually on Waikiki it is the next best option. You leave out of the building toward the ocean and down a sloped walkway and you are at the Hilton Lagoon and Public Parking area for Waikiki. Walking to the beach is simply that easy. Make sure you budget for the Parking at this location, at $23.00 self-park or $28.00 valet, this will put a dent in your vacation dollars. All of this said the building is dated but the unit has been updated and is very nice. if you are working to take a trip on a budget I recommend this as an excellent option.

The check-in process was a little confusing as the information for the unit (number and keypad code) was buried in another email. This made getting into the unit a little haphazard as i was not aware it was there until after we got there and had to locate it. Otherwise, the unit and location were great and it serves me and my family well.

Clean, Comfortable and ideal location in Waikiki!

Wow, I just came back from an amazing time in Hawaii and staying at the Ilikai Hotel in the condo #1025. The condo is clean, comfortable and in the perfect location in Hawaii. The Ilikai Hotel is close to the beach, walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center, and lots of restaurants. Walking to the Waikiki strip is about a 15 minute walk away, and really easy and beautiful stroll along the beach to get there. The condo is comfortably decorated and the owner has changed some of the living room furniture, but still perfect for our family. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials and great to have access for us, even for our short stay. You can see a little peek-a-boo ocean view from the bedroom lanai, which was nice. We can't wait to come back to Hawaii & would definitely stay in #1025 again!

Pros Great location Everyone is SUPER helpful and so NICE Close to the beach and lagoon - very clean Checkin and checkout process was easy and no problems The management company provided all the necessary information - making it an easy process Restaurants and coffee located downstairs - wonderful - great service and food/drinks Perfect size condo - with a great view outside patio The condo was very clean Cons The beds are not the best - the pull out bed is HORRIBLE - lumpy, not stable Small pool - no spa Rocky part of the beach None of the standard supplies only dish soap, very small - bathroom soap and lotion - must bring your own On a high floor so elevators were always a problem Valet parking only - no self-parking - if they were busy it could take up to 20 mins to get your car - we had adjust our time to leave the condo/hotel

Wonderful stay in Ilikai!!

My family and I had the most amazing stay at the Ilikai; it made us feel close to classic stories of Hawaii that we hold dear in a hotel with the kind of amenities that we can only dream of. And the best part was living in this wonderful place with beautiful sunrises on the lanai, endless breezes and refreshing rain, great valet staff, and a top knotch dining experience at Cinnamon’s! On a slight negative note the floors of the unit were dirty where our bare feet were black within minutes. But we overlooked that and chalked it up to ins and outs from the lanai and beaches. But a good mopping would be helpful to the unit. Everything else about 1025 from location, to fantastic layout to the warm decor made it a memorable experience that we hope to repeat someday soon.

Unfortunate - You Can Do Better

We were really excited about this place when we booked it and don’t get me wrong the location was amazing but don’t think I would stay there again. First impressions were not great. The couch had stains on it that had to be cleaned but there office is closed over the weekend and if you arrive on a Saturday you have to wait until Monday to get it taken care of. Not quiet at all during the day. Luckily we were out doing things most of the trip but they were working on the unit below and above us for several days hammering, power tools, etc. even on weekends. It was disappointing and made it so you wanted to be gone all day. Damage to the floor in the kitchen so go barefoot at your own risk we didn’t given that and lack of cleanliness we didn’t trust it. Kitchen materials were less than basic. We picked the place was the ability to cook but they didn’t even have hot pads, the pans and utensils were subpar that we bought some to use on our own during the stay to help with the cooking. They were finally able to get us hot pads and kitchen towels after the weekend when they reopened. Also the stove was so old that all of the knob directions had been wore off so we had to play a fun game of which way do you turn it for low and high heat. It was easy to figure out but be prepared. No hot tub even though it was listed. Also condo guests don’t get access to all hotel features Look at the listing carefully not hotel websitePositives check in, spacious corner lot city side.

Nice Ilikai condo

Located in the old huge well known Ilikai complex, lots of people, so sometimes waiting for elevators. Nice store in basement, very convenient. There was much noise from the street. The A/C in the second bedroom is very old and made so much noise that it had to be turned off during the night. Very helpful was the late check-out we were provided with, we really appreciated that. Our plane was leaving at night and we could stay til afternoon which was a real plus and we are very thankful for. So you have to realize that it is a stay in a big city, no beach view or island feeling, but nice and according to the advertisement.

Condo Review

Condo layout is not conducive to sleep seven people and the square footage reference must include the balconies. We had to be creative, there were no dressers or storage for the luggage so it took up precious floor and closet space. The second bedroom with the two double beds had only enough floor space to actually walk around the beds and climb on the bed to get into the closet, it could possibly sleep four petite people but definitely not average size people with luggage. Condo was not equipped with kichenware or bedding for seven so we had to go to the office to request silverware, blankets, etc... and the condo floors (including shower floors) were extremely unclean. In addition, recommend that the description indicate that the rentee has to provide the following supplies: dish washing/washer liquid, garbage bags, toilet paper, napkins. Several of the guests tried sleeping on the pull out sofa and were in pain the next day, it is definitely not a quality sleeper sofa.
