Located in Las Gaviotas within steps to the beach; this quaint apartment is a surfers dream.
With a cozy bedroom, WiFi, and full kitchen, guests can relax and unwind in this ocean view retreat. Apartment includes full size kitchen with gas range/oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and cooking utensils, plus a charcoal grill on the patio. There is a king size bed with linens and the bathroom has a walk in shower stocked with toiletries.
You’ll be steps to the community swimming pool, hot tub and shuffleboard. On weekends there are food and drink vendors at the pool. The community also has tennis/pickleball court and a putting green. There is 24/7 security and street parking in front of the unit. The beautiful surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and safe getaway. Experience what Las Gaviotas has to offer with a stay at our studio apartment.
There are restaurants within walking distance plus a terrific seafood restaurant just a short drive south. The Valle de Guadalupe is just an easy day trip away.
For a secure stay, Las Gaviotas requires guest information; names, stay length, cell phone, email, and vehicle information. In order to speed up your entry I will request that info, then fill out the Condocontrol for you. Condocontrol will email you a rules form that you need to sign, print and bring to hand to the guards.
Also, Las Gaviotas condo rules do not allow pets in rentals, that’s why we don’t allow them.

Located near the beach, this apartment is in Las Gaviotas, a neighbourhood in Playas de Rosarito. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Rosarito Beach and La Misión Beach, while Baja Gallery and Rosarito Theatre are cultural highlights. Baja Studios and El Trompo Interactive Museum Tijuana are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
