This house is incredible! So comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The house is meticulously clean and organized - the attention to detail is top notch (coffee bar, firewood delivery, communication with host, EVERYTHING!). My family loved the location too - just a short walk to all the restaurants and boutique shops Georgetown has to offer. Fantastic stay! We will be back soon!

This is a beautiful house, newly done, professionally decorated, well furnished. The host responded quickly to my inquiries on the VRBO app. Walked our dog up to the downtown. Next time we need a three-bedroom home in Georgetown, this is where we’ll be.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! There were so many little extras that made this stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the full coffee bar to the stocked laundry room and fire pit complete with all the things you need to get started this property was truly a home away from home. I will definitely be staying here in the future! The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with, and checked in a couple of times to make sure that we had everything we needed. The finishes in the Home are amazing and everything was over the top.

This home in the historic part of Georgetown is a true gem. It begins with the host Mark, who makes you feel like family. Checking in before and during the trip to ensure all your needs are being met. The home itself is spacious and so very comfortable. All had a fantastic night's rest. The kitchen island is a wonderful gathering place and a great place to work. The outdoor space provides the ability to cook, dine, and relax. The location allows for easy walking to a variety of restaurants and shopping. I am already booked for my next stay! A true gem!

We stayed at Xenia at Rucker Ave the weekend of November 7–9, and it exceeded every expectation we had. I knew from the photos that it looked like a nice property, but when we arrived, we were truly amazed at just how beautiful, clean, and meticulously maintained it is. The pictures simply do not do it justice.Every detail has been thoughtfully considered and perfectly executed. Mark has clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The décor is tasteful and elegant, and the backyard is absolutely charming—complete with a lovely fire pit, barbecue area, and cozy string lights.We were in town for my daughter’s wedding, and our group stayed in several different places. This property was by far the nicest—better even than the high-end resort where we had additional rooms. We also had a special request during our stay, and Mark accommodated it graciously and promptly.I personally can’t wait to come back for a fun weekend getaway. I give this property a full 5-star experience and have already begun recommending it to my friends. Highly, highly recommended!

This place has it all--stop looking and book now!

My family of 5 spent 4 nights in this home and I cannot say enough great things about it!! The house itself is beautiful--the pictures do not do it justice. It has been completely remodeled and no detail was missed. Both bathrooms are beautiful and have thick, wonderful towels, a hair dryer and a starter set of toiletries. All three bedrooms are beautifully decorated, have very comfortable beds, great bedding and tv's. The living room has plenty of places to sit and a great tv with surround sound. The outdoor area is private and so relaxing. The fire pit, string lights and grilling area were a favorite for us. The kitchen in this home is the star though. Not only is it beautiful, it is the most well stocked kitchen you will find in any vacation rental. The owners really thought of everything that you will need! There was a full assortment of spices, cooking spray, aluminum foil, parchment paper, several kinds of coffee, coffee syrups, creamers, sugar and the list goes on and on. I was super impressed! The kitchen also has a huge island with seating for 8 people. We really enjoyed the location as it was in walking distance of downtown Georgetown and its cute shops, about a 20-25 minute drive to Lexington for our visit to Rupp Arena, and just over an hour to Louisville. Last, but probably most important to me, the communication with our host Mark was exceptional. Mark was super responsive, checked on us periodically and gave great local recommendations.
