Clean, convenient and quiet place

The home was very nice with a beautiful seating area in the back yard. We were able to get to all our planned destinations easily. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would have liked to have some control over the thermostat

We had a great experience at this comfortable, stylish home. Katheryn was a fantastic host. She provided any details that we needed and was very communicative. The yard was clean, modern, private and a great space for our three children to play while we were in the rental. The home was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. Highly recommend this rental for a stay!

Perfect for our needs

We were in Mesa for the birth of our first grandchild and came across this property a 1/2 mile from where our son lives. It was the perfect place to be close to our family and at the same time give our son, daughter in law, and granddaughter some space when needed. Katherine met us at check in and went through everything. The place was VERY clean and was a comfortable and spacious place to stay. Nice quiet neighborhood close to anything you would need. Enjoyed it very much and would stay again.

The property was very clean and well kept. The location was convenient. Our family was able to enjoy a spring training game, beautiful hikes, and family friendly activities without having to drive too far. We also appreciated that the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Overall a great experience.

This house is very clean with a gracious hostess. Our trip was a fast 4 days. It is located close to the mountains, lakes, and city. There are so many enjoyable restaurants within walking distance. We were able to climb Superstition Mountain, go to Lake Saguaro, had lunch in Tempe and spent time in Phoenix. I would highly recommend this place for a weekend or a long vacation.

Simply Beautiful!!! What we most enjoyed about our stay was the spaciousness the home provides. The moment we walked through the door we felt relaxed and a welcomed as if being in our own home. We WILL definitely be back to stay in Katheryne's lovely home. The property was above and beyond a good fit for our family. We went hiking and kayaking on the Salt River which was only 5 minutes from the house. We took the light rail to Phoenix - that was a blast. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance of the home - for all you "foodies" this is a place to stay. The owner welcomed us the first day we arrived and was available to us the whole time we were there. This home is the perfect place to stay while in Arizona! Highly recommended. Thank you, Katheryne, for opening your home to our family!
