Why they chose this property
Bev came to Coronado in 2003 and met Jeff on the island in 2008. The rest is history and we have been together ever since. Coronado is a very special place with many very special memories with our families and friends.
What makes this property unique
Our Coronado Beach Cottage is unique in any ways - the home was designed by local architect Donna Crossman who is know for creatively including features and utilizing every inch of the home. For instance, the office is tucked away in the third floor stairway landing before you arrive at at the roof top deck. Also, the folding glass doors of the living room allow for seamless use of the outdoor entertainment area. The open concept kitchen, dining and living areas combine to make a welcoming gathering space.
