Nestled in the green Umbrian hills, in a breathtakingly panoramic location between Perugia and Assisi, our Castel D'Arno Guest House del Seciki XIII has been completely renovated and equipped to accommodate groups. The property is a former noble home that belonged to a very prominent Perugian family, ideal for groups of friends or multiple families. It features a living room with a large fireplace on the ground floor, adjacent to an equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, oven, pasta cooker, lava stone grill, refrigerator, chest freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, so everyone can cook and eat together. Also on the ground floor are two additional living rooms and a shared dining room. It is surrounded by a magnificent garden with rose bushes, olive trees, and fruit trees, which includes a beautiful, panoramic swimming pool complete with umbrellas, sun loungers, and deck chairs. We also have a pleasant children's play area located directly in front of the pool. For our little guests, we have a play area in the garden facing the pool and an indoor playroom with toys, markers, and crayons. In the garden, we also have a barbecue area with tables, chairs, and outdoor sofas, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, available to our guests free of charge.
Just 800 meters from us, in the village, there's a large supermarket where you can buy groceries, a bakery, a pizzeria, a bar, a post office, and more. For those who want to become pizza chefs, we can prepare a fun and delicious pizza night in our magnificent wood-fired oven located in the dining room. For those who prefer grilling, we have a large Uruguayan-style brick barbecue located in the garden, complete with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. For meals, if you don't feel like cooking, there are two restaurants/pizzerias nearby where you can dine at reasonable prices and enjoy traditional Umbrian cuisine. Ours is the ideal place to stay, immersed in nature in a friendly, relaxing, and pleasant atmosphere.
