10-15 minutes to O of U, Autzen, and Hayward field. Enjoy hiking at ridgeline trail systems and the fun vibe of a variety of hip Eugenean restaurants nearby. Sip coffee on the upper veranda with breathtaking views, relax in the huge hot tub, lounge by the fire, play ping pong, work out, or chill together watching the 85 inch TV with bar!

Athletic groups are often hosted here, guests coming in for events ect. Exterior security cameras onsite and a watchful neighborhood environment.

We had an amazing time here, the home was even more beautiful in person, really big, and extremely well stocked (and labeled) with everything we needed and more! I also appreciated how it was very much geared toward guest comfort and the messaging felt very welcoming vs some places that are all about the rules. We will definitely book here again with our big family!

We stayed at this home during the first round of the college football championship in Eugene, and it was the perfect place for our group. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The house had plenty of space for our large group, and even though we were out most of the weekend for football events, it still felt warm, welcoming, and fully stocked with everything we needed.If we’re ever back in Eugene, we would absolutely stay here again. The house was amazing. The owners have thought of everything. Labels around the kitchen were super helpful. The house has everything you need and more. The couches were huge and comfy, the beds were great, the hot tub was clean. This is the best kept and stocked Vrbo we have ever stayed at!

First time renter - Very Impressed!

This is my first short term rental experience and this home blew away my expectations. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. It was well equipped and everything was neatly labelled. Even the light switches! A lot of our time was spent around the firepit, in the hot tub, and in the game room. We had several deer grazing in the backyard every day of our stay. We had such a good time. I would absolutely stay here again!
