Little Bit on Paradise - Cozy canal front little house with 3 beds
Charming, cozy home, perfect for up to 5 guests with 2 queen beds and 1 full-size bed. Enjoy a romantic screened porch overlooking the water, surrounded by nature. No pets because of potential alligators. All modern amenities with full kitchen including a microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, coffee machine with dishes, pots and pans. Explore biking trails, Halpatiokee Park with pickleball, tennis, kayak rentals, and more. Great fishing, boating, frisbee golf, and sports fields nearby. Conveniently located near I-95, 30 minutes from Palm Beach, 2 hours from Orlando and only 10 miles to the beaches. A peaceful retreat and Guests Favorite with adventure at your doorstep—book today!
As you enter the home you will see the cozy living room couch that has pulls out to a queen bed. Linens are located in the closet by the front door. The TV is a smart TV with steaming capability. The door off to the left goes out to the screened in porch that over looks a canal. It is a lovely view. Inside is a generous sized kitchen with high ceilings and a full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Walking towards the master bedroom, on your right is a full size bathroom with shower. Continuing down the hall you will see on the right there are stairs that lead up to the loft. A full size bed with comfy linens and two dressers make the space super comfortable. Then head back down the stairs you see a stackable washer and dryer to launder any items that you may need during your stay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with comfy linens as well. There are two hanging closets and lots of drawers in-between to accommodate all your storage needs.
The internet was tested for speed. 221.1 Mbps download and 2.40 Mpbs upload. The internet connection is very fast and the connection should be able to handle multiple devises streaming HD videos, video conferencing, and gaming at the same time. Heat if needed is provided by mobile room heaters that are 2 furnaces. The AC is split ductless with remotes. We leave it at 76-78 when gone. It cools very quickly. FYI People are very friendly in and around the property.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Linens in the washing machine please. Towels in the shower please. Garbage taken out to the bins on the side of tiny home. Dishes in the washer please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No food, colored drinks or shoes in the loft area please. Carpet is new and we want to keep it fresh and bug free for future guests.
Use the hose outside to wash off any sand prior to reentering the house please. It will help keep the floors nice for future guests.
Enjoy the wildlife from afar and no feeding them please. No swimming in the canal because there are alligators in Florida.

It was a wonderful stay! When I travel to the area I enjoy these family friendly locations:FREE LOCATIONS:* DuBois Park/Beach in Jupiter!* Kiwanis Park (large kids playground) in downtown Stuart.*Hobe Sound Beach in Hobe Sound for quiet ocean area with changing rooms.Our favorite “donation only” locations that you pay whatever you want to donate:*Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach*Busch Wildlife Sanctuary in Jupiter is a Busch Garden satellite location.Places we’ve visited that we’ve always love but have admission prices:*Jonathan Dickinson State Park in Hobe Sound. Take their boat ride to Trapper Nelson home.*Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center in Stuart to pet the Sting Rays*McKee Botanical Garden in Vero Beach where they had a wonderful Holiday Light display this visit and change their garden exhibits based on the season.
