Janet provided great clear details we did not need anything additional. I love how simple this goes when you use code to open room and don’t have to check in anywhere. A few more rolls of TP would have been great since we did not have a car and had to uber we did not do grocery shopping so just ordered out or at hotel restaurant. Very good food. Overall would stay again.

Anniversary weekend

It was very comfortable. The only complaint is a lot of noise in the hallway from children riding the luggage carts and yelling. Also we are not tech savvy so it took us awile to learn how to use the TV. The view of the ocean was excellent from our room.

I booked Charming 11th Floor Beachfront Studio Queen Efficiency, at Compass Cove. It was stated that there was a washer/dryer, and this is the only reason why I went with this room. But when I arrived there was no washer/dryer in the room. And the room was very musty smelling. The elevators were very hot, there wasn't enough parking either.

The hotel has laundry facilities. We were not aware you took it as we had washer and dryer. Most condos in this hotel had no washer n dryer in the unit.
