Absolutely stunning place! Kitchen had everything needed for cooking in, beds were extremely comfortable and location to club house was right around the corner. Would totally recommend this place to any of our friends or family.

My family and I were very happy with the property and the communication from the property owners. It is a beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood which is only a short drive to the beach. We would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to this area.

A very well-furnished house with lots of amenities, including a well-furnished kitchen and beach carts, chairs, and games in the garage. The owners are very responsive, the hot water heater died and we had a new one in less than 24 hours! The house’s central location allowed us to easily get to Rehoboth, Bethany, and Ocean City (MD). It is also within a 5-minute walk to the Beach Club clubhouse which has a pool, sauna, and other amenities (access to the Beach Club was an additional 38.00 per person/week). We really enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend it!

Even better than the pictures!

We had an amazing time at this house! The rooms were even larger than they look in the pictures, and the pond and trees made the backyard feel very private (and were full of wildlife - we saw herons, otters, and frogs). Even better, the house was very close to the clubhouse, where the kids enjoyed the gorgeous pool almost every day of our stay. I would highly recommend this place for families!

Fantastic Stay For Family Vacation

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! More than enough space for 10 adults to relax and spend some much needed quality time together. Quick communication with the owner with any questions. The kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit was out for repairs during our stay but we still enjoyed evenings sitting outside at the table. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We’ve come to Bethany Beach for the last nine years to celebrate our grandson’s birthday. I have to say this is the best overall place for our family to spend time together!The hosts are professional, gracious and attentive to details. The house is well maintained, extremely clean and lot’s of space for everyone to spread out or gather in the dinning/living areas. My only ‘complaint’ is the weather was a bit colder than usual - Tina/George, could you please fix that for next year please! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our family to celebrate Louis’s 10th birthday!

Very comfortable property and George was great to work with. Just a couple small items - replace master bathroom toilet seat, fix front door lock and help simplify garage door code access via myQ (this could be an operator error on my part yet could never see George's invite). Great spot and would rent again!

Comfortable and most enjoyable

The house was extremely clean, nicely furnished. Big roomy bedrooms, great bath rooms. all around a very nice property to stay at. The only disappointment that we had was that the recreation center wasn't completed yet. Thought we'd be able to use the pool and the gym but it was still under construction.

Check in was excellent because of communication with the owner. House was very good although pictures online were a little dated. TV in 1st floor queen room has no source. Sprinkler heads need adjusting. too many hit the house directly - a little annoying at 5AM. Wonderful pictures of clubhouse, pool, and firepit, but we were not aware it would cost an extra 38 per person to use those facilities.

Family thanksgiving

Our large family loved our stay in this immaculate, well appointed home. Rooms were spacious, beds were sooo comfortable, which is huge for my husband and me. We traveled from RI to meet up with family from down here, for thanksgiving, and who stayed at a different property. They loved ours so much! The layout was so conducive for entertaining and didn’t feel crowded.The use of the clubhouse was awesome, and right around the corner. Bethany Beach is not far at all , even walkable for some. The owners really took care of every detail. We would definitely rent this property again!

The house was amazing! Everything was perfect. The owners were extremely organized and gracious.

We had a wonderful time! The house had everything you could ask for! Everybody loved the outside shower too. We used the fire pit and the grille every night. The house was clean, spacious and I really can't think of anything that it was missing. The owners were so organized and left a great "how to" book in the house so there was no confusion as to how the tv works, how the grille works and even garbage pick up days etc........Some of us were able to bike to the beach while other members of my family drove. Tina and George even had lots of beach chairs too. Thank you again for a lovely stay! We would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great place for families!

George and Tina are wonderful hosts! We scheduled late into our planning, and we prefer beachfront/close to the beach with a of the kiddos aging 2-10, but the location proximity, ease of access, and great parking (before 10am!) for the beach was absolutley doable and made for a great time! 6 minute drive overall to where we preferred to beach for the day. Boardwalk was clean, great store options, great food options! Host communication was extremely quick and responsive. Better than we've experienced, and we vacation often through VRBO. The ONLY drawback is the community pool is NOT heated, so I would advise checking the temp first depending on time of year to decide if you'll benefit from access to the clubhouse and pool by paying the extra fee. Thanks George and Tina for a super place for our families to vacation!

Bethany family time

The house is very nice. Couches were not comfortable. There was not a coffee pot only a Keurig, which is enviornmentally bad. The coffee maker in the pantry had an unmatched pot, so it would not work. Information seemed to say a fire pit was onsite, but it was in fact at the club. just bad communication. The host was very responsive to requests for help (towels). Also, toys, and beach chairs are a bonus. Beds for kids and family were very nice and extensive, which was good for our family of 10. Nice week at the beach/pool.

Tina was very responsive and accommodating for a group of 4 families. The house was gorgeous—new appliances and generously stocked. A welcome basket was in the kitchen with detergent, dryer sheets, dish washer pods, toilet paper and other supplies. Fully stocked kitchen with enough plates, cups, and utensils. Not to mention the well thought out details that get over looked when packing such as floss, hydrogen peroxide, bandages, basic pain/allergy medication, etc. The garage has more than enough beach chairs, a cooler, and beach chair cart. The neighborhood is newly developed so there is a lot of privacy, ample parking space, and mostly importantly—minutes to Bethany Beach, super markets, and restaurants. There were plenty of game boards for the kids and TV in each room. Only thing to remember to pack are the bath towels. Otherwise, will come again in the future when visiting Delaware!

Great House, Great Hosts

This property was absolutely perfect for our extended family trip, with comfortable and well appointed bedrooms, large open concept living spaces, a fabulous kitchen with everything you need to make yourself right at home. The community is as close to the beach as you can get and still have room for a large group as well as amenities like the awesome community pool and clubhouse with gym. The home and community were clean and well maintained. George and Tina could not have been more responsive and accommodating, answering every question in seconds and troubleshooting any issue we had in a matter of minutes. They were easily the most responsive hosts I’ve ever booked with, and would recommend them a million times over.

An excellent vacation

We had a great stay at this house! It was everyone’s first time to Bethany Beach and the house was beautiful. It was well stocked with everything we needed. George and Tina were quick to communicate and answer any questions. Access to the pool house was a great option to break up the beach days (especially with kids)! We had an amazing week there! We loved our stay at this property in Ocean View! The beds were extremely comfortable, the bedrooms, bathrooms and living area spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood was extremely new and nice. About a 6 minute drive to Bethany Beach boardwalk and the beach which was convenient. Pool was cool and refreshing (although only 3.5 feet deep which disappointed our teens). Can't say enough about George and Tina and their excellent communication and support throughout the process and even during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Stay

We loved staying at George and Tina's beach house. They were extremely helpful throughout the visit. And I have NEVER seen such a stocked kitchen. They had every appliance/cookware you could possibly imagine. They had bikes to borrow, and corn hole! And so many board games, that we weren't lacking in anything during the rainy days. And the outdoor shower was absolutely wonderful - we didn't fear bringing in a ton of sand. We also loved that the coffee table was plastic so it was harder for our 4 year old to hurt himself. The only issue was that the cleaning service wasn't great - the kitchen was a bit dirty, particularly the fridge. We cleaned, it and it was fine, but I think that they could be a bit more thorough. Everything is very well loved - and we understand why!

wonderful vacation

We stayed for a week at this house. Owners are wonderful to work with. Talked to them several times and they were so helpful. The house was well equipped with everything that you need. My family said they loved this house the best out of all of the homes we have rented through the years.

Great beach rental

The home was very nice, decorated beautifully and fully stocked. The linen service was great with plenty of sheets and towels and the kitchen had all we needed plus plenty of storage. Swimming pool and clubhouse were great, and the commute to Fenwick State Park was quick. Back yard and patio were added extras with a water view, grill and smoker! Definitely recommend!
