The building is close to everything. A block or so from the beach. 5 minute walk to the best restaurants and 10 minutes to all the bars. It is active and fun during the day but very quiet at night. The waves at night are deafening! It is wonderful! The streets are very safe. A lot of Canadians winter here. The people in PV are very friendly. It is a great atmosphere!
Buses are easy to use. Taxis are always parked a block away from the condo. But you will most likely walk everywhere because everything is so central.
I'm always available by phone, text or email.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the gym, and the roof top pool. The pool and Gym are open until 11:00pm on all days and 12:00 on Saturday.
Interaction with guests
Our management will meet you at the condo and show you around and give you keys. They will check you in/out and give you keys etc! Make sure you are good to go! I'm always available by phone or email. There is also a building manager Alfredo on site every week day 8-4pm and Saturday 8-12:00. Sunday is his day off!
The neighborhood
Our neighbourhood is great, it is so central, yet is quiet late at night. All you hear at night is the waves from the ocean. The suite does not face the road- the entire suite faces West towards the ocean. The best restaurants are a few blocks away and the best bars are about 5 or 6. The beach ( Los Muertos) / Blue Chairs is one block away (or down a set of stairs).
Getting around
The city is very walkable. Everything is close by. Taxis are cheap and always around. Between 50 -120 Pesos ($4-8 US) will get you pretty much everywhere) , If you want to use the city buses, they are about 6 blocks away.
Other things to note
The building is a modern, sleek contemporary design with only 21 units. Positioned on the West side of the highway with direct access to Amapas street. The building has an elevator, gym, parking, infinity roof top pool w/ amazing views of the bay and roof top amenity area.

First off, Mike was great! The place was immaculate and modern. Steps away from the beach. The pictures really don't do this place justice. The infinity rooftop pool was amazing for sunsets. This place is a must stay in PV.

Perfect location in Amapas

This condo exceeded our expectations.Beautiful space in a nearly ideal location. The view is amazing. Unobstructed sunset views every night.The condo is very clean and well outfitted for cooking, etc.The beach is very close. There are restaurants, pharmacies, and a mini-super grocery within close proximity of the building.The in-unit washer/dryer is very convenient.The rooftop pool is awesome.There is a rooftop club that plays music at night nearby, however, it was generally quiet by 10:30PM every night.We could hear the waves hitting the beach. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Condo was everything we could have hoped for on a beautiful stretch of beach. I would recommend verifying with the management company in Mexico that they have your info and then call them from the airport after getting through customs so they will be there to let you in the building and give you the keys to the condo. Condo and Rooftop deck and pool could not have been any nicer. Sliding glass doors opened up the condo to the balcony which was Super Sweet!! EVERYTHING. was First Class!

Absolutely amazing views

The most amazing views of the ocean, we saw so many whales! Easy walk down to the beach, Malecon, and all of Zona Romantica. So many options for coffee, meals, and entertainment within a short walk, but quiet and private when back home. Bed was very comfortable, loved having two bathrooms, and floor to ceiling windows that open up completely to the breeze. We were there on a Friday and Saturday and the beach club rooftop below had drag shows each night that we could watch from the hottub. It goes till about 10 or 11 each night and then was completely quiet on the hill. Only thing I would offer as advice is to provide more filtered water, like a big jug so we don't have to use so many single use smaller plastic bottles. Plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils for meals. You will be told to wash your own dishes and asked to tip the housekeeper, just an FYI. We normally tip anyway, but the cleaning fee seems beyond reasonable payment (85) for a two night stay. We tipped her 500 MXN as we were concerned maybe the whole fee wouldn't go to the cleaner. Would stay again just for the views and cleanliness of the home.

Fabulous vacation

This was my 5th stay at Amapas 353 and 2nd time in Michael’s space. Great views and great location. I truly enjoy staying here and find it accessible to everything from beach to town! The building is maintained lovingly by Alfredo, who takes pride in keeping things clean and up and running! The rooftop pool is a late afternoon oasis and you can see the gorgeous sunset while you take a dip and have a sip from your cocktail! Michael is easy to contact and the concierge service is accessible for anything you need. Can’t wait until next time!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! Everything from checking in with Jonathon to accommodating a late check out was seamless. The apartment was clean, new and modern with great ocean views - whale watching from our balcony! Easy walk to Romantic Zone area just a few blocks away. Pool area on top floor was quiet and a great place to hang out.

We are real estate agents in Vancouver, I have always loved Puerto Vallarta and have been lucky enough to travel there since I was a young kid with my parents. Amapas 353 is very unique in that is has fantastic amenities, but is only 21 units. The location is unbeatable as it is calm (without traffic) at night and yet so close to anything one would want to see and experience in the heart of Old Town.
