Private studio unit in Historic Mansion, Two blocks from Forsyth Park, Across from Kroger Market, Walkable to entire Historic District,
Unit has Parking spot in Rear of House, Minisplit AC/Heat, Wifi, Internet TV, Kitchenette. Great place to base yourself out of for a visit to Historic Savannah. King Bed. Bathroom with shower. In unit laundry.

The studio unit is on the ground floor in the rear of the house. Private entrance, unit has a kitchenette with stove and microwave. Great location walkable thru out the Historic District. One parking space available as well.
The unit is light and bright with many windows. A perfect set up to base yourself out of in Historic Savannah.
We are pet friendly as well.
Covered patio just outside the studio for guests use.

The unit has an electronic door lock, Code will be provided prior to check in

This place is ideal for an individual or a couple wanting to explore Savannah. It is right in the very walkable historic district, next to a Kroger if you need food, and the house itself is really cool looking. Parking in the rear felt very safe, and the small kitchen had far more than we expected. I would recommend staying here if you are ready to explore Savannah (especially if you have a dog).

I would definitely recommend this property and this property owner. Super smooth process from check-in to check out. Location is superb. If fact, the place is so good I almost want to leave a bad review so I do not have to fight others to reserve again. Walkable to downtown and to Forsyth Park. The place is exactly what you need for a getaway. Michael was an amazing host. Love love love!

This is a fabulous, well maintained, and very clean studio that is close to Forsyth, the grocery, and several sweet coffee shops. Enjoy your morning coffee outside and watch the birds. Michael is super responsive for questions. It even has off street parking!

My husband and I (and the fur babies) booked for our weekend stay. This is a great little place. Exactly as listed. Very cozy AND easy parking! It’s a great/clean neighborhood for walks with a big park just a couple blocks away. Grocery store across the street and places to eat in walking distance. Highly recommend the Strange Bird (watermelon margarita and brisket chimichanga). Although we did not use these I appreciated the small touches such as umbrellas and a bar set complete with drink cards.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location could not have been better—right in the heart of Savannah’s historic district, making it easy to walk everywhere and explore the beautiful squares, historic homes, restaurants, and riverfront. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very easy to access.Savannah is a perfect halfway point between our homes in Virginia and Florida, so we visit often and are always looking for great places to stay. This property exceeded our expectations, and there’s a very good chance we’ll be returning on future trips. Highly recommended!

Our stay was perfectly efficient at this location! We had everything we needed, the space was so comfortable and very clean, and we were walking-distance to everything we wanted to do while in Savannah. The proximity to the Kroger was fantastic for late-night snacks after walking all day. The simplicity of the space and the ease of check-in/out made for a very relaxing place to rest after busy days!!!

This was the perfect location for me, I parked my car and walked everywhere. The apartment is cute and spacious for one or two people. It was very clean. So convenient to have Kroger right across the street. Communicating with the owner was a breeze!

The studio was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The covered courtyard was great because it rained during our trip. Property is clean, with dedicated private parking.About 3 minutes walk from Forsythe Park. Quiet. Private. Kroger's across the street. The host, Michael, was the best we have ever stayed in with VRBO. Easy to communicate with, pleasant, unobtrusive. 5 stars all the way.

Cozy little studio, perfect for a couple and pet friendly for our little fur baby. In the middle of everything so you didn’t have to drive too far for activities. Loved being right across the street from Kroger. Definitely listen to the owner for clear parking directions or you’ll never find it.

Awesome stay! The Kroger next door and Forsyth Park just two blocks away make this super do able if you plan to walk the gorgeous streets of Savannah. The studio style home was historic and accommodating with full sized washer and dryer, kitchen appliances and a huge shower. The best part? Our pup could join us on our weekend getaway. 10/10 would stay here again next time we come to town.
