Very Enjoyable Vacation-Nice and quiet. Close to a lot of Places for All ages. The home itself was Absolutely Amazing, balconies on both sides-allowed for quiet time. Very close to the Beach, very convenient! Watch for toes if walking under the house, there is a cement piece that will make you limp if you hit it. Other than that, the Most Pleasant and Enjoyable Vacation I have had since choosing Surf side as A Favorite Destination for Spring Break! Absolutely Perfect!

This was our second visit while seeing our son at CCU, and we’re so glad we chose Surfside—it was exactly what we needed. The house had such a warm, simple, family feel, almost like staying at Grandma’s house. Comfortable, welcoming, and convenient. Host was accommodating and responsive! We’ll definitely be back!

The location near the beach is excellent! It was an easy walk to beach access and walk to the new pier was good. The owner of the property responded quickly to our few complaints. Mostly, the house was clean, but with a few minor issues…dirty bathroom rug, and microwave needed a better clean. Otherwise, it was clean and livable. I would recommend this rental for a short stay. We were there for two weeks and I neglected to notice that there was no washer and dryer, which was inconvenient, but it was my fault for not noticing that detail before renting. I should have asked more questions of the owner before renting. There were no beach chairs or beach towels provided. No soap in the bathroom or dish soap in the kitchen. On the positive side, the house was basically clean; bath towels and kitchen towels provided. Patio table and chairs on front porch. A/C worked well. Good shower in the bathroom. A hose outside to wash the sand off your feet before going in. Good communication with owner. Excellent location to the beach. Quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic Stay in a Great Location!

I recently stayed here with my daughter for a long weekend, and we had a wonderful experience. The location can’t be beat—just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Despite being so conveniently located, the area was surprisingly quiet, making it a perfect spot to relax.The place itself was updated, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy, adding to the overall positive experience.Whether you’re visiting for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this place is a fantastic choice for the cost. I’d love to come back again!
