The newly remodeled and fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your dream vacation, including a SUBZERO refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop, wall oven, and both Keurig and regular coffee makers. For added convenience, there's a stand-alone ice maker—perfect for those frozen drinks and stocking your cooler.

Bedrooms:
Primary Suite: King-size bed with a new 2024 mattress for added comfort, plus sliding glass doors leading to the Gulf-front patio. The updated en-suite bathroom features double sinks, a commode, a standalone shower and a soaking tub.
Second Bedroom: King-size bed with an adjoining jack and jill bathroom.
Third Bedroom: King-size bed with a shared jack and jill bathroom connecting to the second master.
Fourth Bedroom: Two(2)Queen-size beds with a connecting fully updated bathroom with walk in shower that opens to the hall.
All beds are equipped with luxurious 100% cotton sheets and high-end mattresses for ultimate comfort.

Bathrooms: The condo includes three bathrooms, each stocked with plush 100% cotton towels, hand soaps, shower gels, hairdryers, bath mats, and a starter supply of paper goods (two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom).
Full size washer and dryer in laundry room in condo, also has drying rack, iron and ironing Board. YFAB supplies enough laundry detergent for the week.

Includes two free bike rentals and is just 4.5 miles west of Seaside and 12.6 miles west of Rosemary Beach.

On-site gym that was recently expanded in size, open 7 am to 10 pm. Hot Tub by gym. Only two vehicles permitted per condo, per HOA rules. A third spot is available through the HOA for an additional fee.
RESTRICTIONS:
The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is extremely limited.
Ten people per condo per HOA rules (two years and under not counted in the total).
No golf carts allowed on Adagio property. No trailers, boats, jet skis, golf carts or RV's. Propane tanks or cookers are not permitted, there are communal gas grills provided at Adagio. Tents are NOT allowed on the beach. No pets. No smoking allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
A $199 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations.
All bookings made on VRBO will incur a traveler fee billed by Homeaway which will show as a separate charge.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express
Check-in is 4 PM, Check-out is 10 AM.
