After an exciting day at the races, come relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful property. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make yours one to remember. We do have available stalls and paddocks which we offer at a reduced rate for season booking of the apartment. This listing is for entire track season 2027. 2026 has been booked.

The patio sliding doors should be closed at all times as you are on a farm and there are small and large animals that we do not want in the house.
The shower is a raised shower stall. Grab bars have been installed and caution should be taken.
