This stunning condo is a unique blend of contemporary and turn-of-the-century design, located in a historic new construction building. The bright and sunny 2nd floor unit is conveniently situated in the heart of the city. It features two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and king-sized beds. This home is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring downtown Asheville NC!

It is good to know that you can reasonably walk to most if not all of the
downtown from the location on North Market Street which is very close to the Asheville Town Square.

PARKING is very available around the North Market Street Downtown area. Parking is not provided due to the Buildings location.

We do provide an info guide after a Reservation is made that has Links, Phone numbers to close by parking garages and city parking.

There are also City parking spaces with meters right at the building front
entrance and are very often available. Using the PASSPORT APP helps us
pay the time and extend if necessary without going back to the car.

After 6PM is no meter charge as well as Sundays and most Holidays.


Being a short street, North Market is somewhat historic by being an all brick street.
This may well be the last one in the Asheville area!
