Loved this property & location! Our top priorities were location (walk-ability and safety), cleanliness, and good beds — this property didn’t disappoint! Our expectations were exceeded with good towels, linens, showers and a coffee bar. We also appreciated the layout; bedrooms were very quiet and dark for sleep but open main area for socializing. Directions and communication with host was timely and clear.

Wow - this place does not disappoint! Perfect location downtown, beautifully appointed - even had a sweet coffee bar to help get us going in the morning. Check in and out were a breeze! Extremely easy to get in touch with the host.

We had a wonderful stay in this loft apartment! Its downtown Asheville location was perfect, with easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Parking was convenient and hassle-free. The loft was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated how secure the building was—it felt incredibly safe. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

Great location in downtown Asheville. We parked easily the A/C hotel (15/day with unlimited in and out) and walked all weekend. Very comfortable setup for furniture, beds, bedding, bathrooms. Will definitely return next time we want to stay in downtown Asheville.

This place was perfect! Great location - walking distance to everything downtown Asheville but not right above loud bars or anything. The place was much bigger than I expected and so clean and nice! The bed was so comfortable, and the master bedroom was super quiet. The artwork and decorations were amazing. Really loved this place and can’t wait to come back.

This loft was amazing and the location was perfect! There are two codes to gain access to the building and that made us feel extremely safe!! The beds were also super comfy! The amenities were top tier and we will definitely be staying here again!

My friend and I were in Ashville for a lady's trip to the Biltmore ahead of Christmas. We couldn't have found a better place to stay! Walking to a ton of great restaurants and shops. Parking was easy at meters and a parking lot within sight of building. We felt comfortable and safe. The kitchen had everything we needed; and, it was great to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. The living room furniture was comfortable and made for a great place to unwind after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with this property! First it is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Everything in the house was quality; especially the kitchen even though we were too busy to really utilize it. We felt very secure as it took 4 different codes at each access point. It was also amazingly convenient to outstanding restaurants and a delicious bakery, also minutes to The Biltmore and close to other sites we visited. The host was very responsive to our questions and I would definitely recommend. If we’re in Asheville again, I would plan to stay at this amazing property.

Great Location

The location of this property is great if you like the downtown vibe of any city. The number of door codes and elevator codes is a little much. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our short stay. Michael was responsive to a concern we had about the way on-site parking was described in the listing and he rectified it quickly and fairly.

Unit was awesome. Location amazing for exploring asheville. It was well equipped, great kitchen and very nice having a washer/dryer for a long stay. I will echo what another poster said, the entry process is A LOT. there are FOUR different codes you need to access the unit. It takes a while to get the hang of it.However, I would definitely stay here again. Wonderful unit.

We were VERY pleased with this loft. It is spacious with good natural light. The decor was updated and stylish - the photos of the unit are accurate. We had plenty of comfortable seating to cocktail while watching the World Cup or just to hang out before going out to dinner. Having a 6 seat table gave us a wonderful space to eat snacks or play games. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed - plus the coffee station had both a Keurig and drip coffee maker with sweeteners, coffee, and creamer - a nice touch! There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms/closets for clothes and suitcases, so we never felt cramped. The weather was very hot, and the air-conditioning worked well, so we were never uncomfortable.The loft is a block east of a main street in Asheville so we could easily walk to everything we wanted, but enjoyed not having to deal with any street noise. Michael, the host, communicated well, and we had all the information we needed. We had zero issues while there and had no problems parking at the street meters during unloading and packing of our cars. Otherwise, we parked our cars in a local lot, which is not unusual for a stay in Asheville.This loft will be at the TOP of our list for future stays in Asheville.

Property manager was very communicative. Apartment was very conveniently located and nicely decorated. However, the reason I rated it a 3 instead of a 5 is that the heat was very uneven. The living area was too cold and the bedrooms were too warm. Because of the way the ductwork was run across the ceiling, we could do nothing to control it. We had to wrap up in blankets to sit in the living room comfortably and then we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open because the bedrooms were too hot. This was unfortunate, because we otherwise liked the apartment.
