A TX Beach Vacation home - 3RD ROW home with a beautiful swimming pool. This house is perfect for entertaining, with an inviting yet spacious open concept living area. It has an oversized front deck great for enjoying amazing views of the sunrise off front deck or the beautiful sunset off our back patio and enjoying lake scenery right in our back yard. You can go crabbing in the back yard or some play cornhole.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
INSIDE Place used towels on the floor Wash and dry any used pots and pans. Wipe down counters and fridge. Keep all used beds unmade. Put AC on 76
OUTSIDE Please rinse off and put any items you’ve used back Bag all trash and place in the large outside trash cans. The sanitation crew will not pick up any loose trash from the trashcans outside.
