We provide all the essentials for cooking, along with a high-end coffee machine so you can enjoy the perfect cup of coffee. Plus, we offer high-quality roasted coffee for you to enjoy!

LIVING ROOM
Spacious and cozy, featuring a large couch and a big TV. The couch also converts into a bed, comfortably sleeping two people.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep.

LAUNDRY
You will have access to in-unit brand new high performance washer and dryer.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Put furnitures back to their original locations
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours: 9pm - 8am (No loud music/TV or loud conversations)
No smoking / vaping both inside and outside of the house including the yard. $500 fees for smoking violations.
No parties. No shoes inside the house. If you move something during your stay, we kindly request that you return it to its original location.
