The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building with an lift at the end of a quiet residential street. The building is situated on a hill at the end of the street, offering a sweeping view of the nearby sea. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. The spacious living/dining room opens onto a large balcony with patio furniture. The living/dining room is connected to the kitchen by a large open serving hatch, allowing you to enjoy the view of the sea even while cooking. The apartment is flooded with light through large windows but can be kept cool on hot days using the roller shutters on all windows.


Attractions: As the “City of Discoveries,” Lagos offers a picturesque old town with churches worth visiting, a museum, ancient city walls, a slave market, and more. There is a wide selection of cafes and restaurants.

Additional considerations
The apartment is part of a residential complex with several private residences, so there are rules that must be followed, particularly regarding the upkeep of common areas and observing quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Parties are prohibited.

In accordance with Portuguese legal requirements, all property owners are obligated to provide information about their guests to the Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF). To ensure compliance, all guests must fill out a SEF form either in advance or in person on the day of check-in.

Maintenance and Repairs: Please be advised that access to the apartment may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance work on appliances or damage to the facilities. We will notify guests as early as possible of the need for work to be performed in the apartment.

Agreement and Acceptance of the Apartment: On the day of check-in, guests are required to sign a document in which they agree to the house rules and confirm that the accommodation is clean and prepared as advertised.
