Host was easy to communicate with and was friendly. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. The AC units in the rooms could use a good cleaning but other than that everything was great.

There are a lot of big positives to mention. For the price asked, you get what is advertised and arguably a bit more. Location is great and walkable (less than a five minute stroll to Broad Street with restaurants and shopping, as well as the waterfront), check in is super easy (and flexible), host is very friendly and accommodating. Also, we did not expect the home to be as sizeable as it was, which was a pleasant surprise after having spent a few days previously in a small hotel room. The only room for improvement is the cleanliness, which I noticed was mentioned in previous reviews as well.

Great stay at this property. Located within walking distance to Red Bank proper and all it has to offer. Very spacious apartment on a quiet street. Communication with the host was outstanding; any questions I had were addressed immediately. Living space was super clean and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again

Simple, quiet accomodations right outside of the main pedestrian shopping and tourist area. Host was very responsive to all communications. Easy stay, would consider again if coming to Red Bank.

The property was not properly cleaned, the bathroom smelled like urine, the bathtub was very dirty and the bathroom sink filled up with water during each use. All of the light switches were filthy also. We were asked to put the sheets in the washing machine when we left, but there was no instruction about where the washing machine was. It was behind a door that we thought was for the upstairs unit. We only stayed one night and left first thing in the morning. We were very disappointed and had to cut our vacation short. We messaged the host when we got home and were even more dissatisfied with the response from the her. She didn’t appear to be very concerned about our issues and just mentioned that she did all the cleaning and the toilet was cleaned with bleach. Nothing else was addressed. We do not recommend this property at all, and she did not offer any return of even a portion of our payment.
