Welcome to our stunning 6-bedroom modern home, the perfect setting for your wedding celebration or family reunion. Equipped with a total of 6 queen beds, 2 king beds, 2 full serene bathrooms and 2 convenient half baths, this property is perfect for large groups or families. Enjoy the convenience of on-site washer and dryer, AC, and WiFi during your stay. Please note there is a no shoe policy in the house.

Located in a quiet neighborhood right off Niagara Falls Boulevard, popular shops and eateries are within 15 minutes drive. The house is a stone's throw away from Ellicott Creek with local parks and biking trails nearby. Niagara falls and Downtown Buffalo are both 25 minutes away by car.

The space: The entire house consists of two side-by-side apartments, each has open concept common areas and a half bath on first floor, as well as three bedrooms with four beds and a full bath on second floor. This listing is for the entire house (both apartments).

Plenty of parkings in front and on the side of the house. Additional street parking is available and free. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

Everything about our stay was great! Perfect for our family group of 16 . Parking for multiple cars was easy. We were in town for a graduation at University at Buffalo & access to the campus was a just right distance. Thank you Tommy!

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood hood with walking distance to ellicott creek and biking trial.

Centrally located between Niagara falls and downtown Buffalo. About 20 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes to Niagara, as well as very close to shopping center and grocery store such as Wegman.

What makes this property unique

Extremely clean and well maintained space consists of 2 adjacent units. The design is minimalistic and elegant. Rainfall showing in the main bathroom offer a relaxing treat after a long day of traveling. Private basement with laundry.
