Fall in love with South Bend and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Only 10 minutes from Notre Dame, South Bend International Airport, downtown South Bend, downtown Niles, 15 minutes to Redbud, 30 minutes to the New Buffalo beach and wineries.

Home is currently being improved, and we have more to do, but it is ready for you to benefit while we polish it up.

Things that we have yet to improve:
-back bedroom, so living room is currently being used as a bedroom.
- shower pressure is not powerful. You'll be clean, no worries.
- back yard is a work in progress.
- new flooring in the entire house.
- hot tub
- back patio

The host was very accommodating with great communication. It was an unusual stay because of the tornado sirens, power outages and crazy winds.The home has a very comfy feeling about it with some really neat decorations. Even had supplies in the kitchen and bathroom.

Comfortable, not childproof

Comfortable house, good amount of space for sleeping, overhead fans and a/c both work very well! A little tough with little kids due to breakable decor within reach in most rooms. Also, the shower is handicap accessible, but tough as the shower head is at chest level.
