This place was awesome! I would highly recommend to anyone with a large group or family to stay here. Lots of space and activities for everyone. Melissa was friendly, attentive and detailed - a pleasure to deal with.

We had a great stay with 16 of us! The house was clean and spacious with enough to fit 16 adults. The backyard pool and pavilion combo was the star of the show!

The house was lovely, welcoming, and beautiful (just like the pictures). Our host couldn’t have been more responsive and we enjoyed everything the house had to offer for a family vacation. Would recommend to anyone! Neighborhood was beautiful and centrally located for local family attractions.

We had an amazing stay in Tampa! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect close to everything we needed while still feeling relaxing and private. Melissa was an exceptional host: responsive, thoughtful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests have a great experience.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This home is amazing! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The property manager was very receptive to our questions. The hot tub and pool were great! The outdoor space was well equipped! We will definitely be back!!

The house was cute, and the pool was nice, but unfortunately, that’s about where the positives ended. We booked this property for my bachelorette weekend and were excited to enjoy all the amenities, but the overall experience was disappointing.Throughout our stay, we had difficulty getting several amenities to work, including the hot tub, fire pit, televisions, and dishwasher. We also experienced cold showers, stained towels, and issues with some lights and fans.When we brought our concerns to the host’s attention, the conversation focused primarily on why we hadn’t reached out sooner. While I understand that reporting issues promptly allows a host to assist, it was frustrating to feel that our experience was being dismissed simply because the amenities worked during a later inspection.For the amount we paid, we expected a more seamless and enjoyable stay. The property itself has potential, but the overall experience did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, I would not book this property again.

Nice retreat in Tampa

Had a lovely stay with the family at this home! The check-in process was very smooth. Host was great - she was very easy to reach and pleasant to work with. House was furnished nicely and decorated tastefully. The outdoor space is a fantastic retreat! We all loved the pool and hot tub. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Location worled well for us - good restaurants nearby, quick drive to Busch Gardens or the stadiums. Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks wasn’t too far away.
