Personal assistance for check in/out and available for anything you may need to make you feel right at home.

The unit features AC, 30 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi, cable, in–unit Washer and Dryer. The fully furnished kitchen offer all the large and small appliances you will need. The secured building with 24/7 onsite guest service has a rooftop fitness room and underground parking.

It is important to us that our space is always clean for our guests and that you have the confidence of knowing your safety is of upmost concern. We thoroughly clean the condo between each guest using disinfecting and sanitizing products. We pay special attention to high-touch areas including remote controls, door knobs, light switches, etc. There are additional cleaning measures in place for the building common areas including the elevators, gym and pool area. Hand sanitizer is of use in the in main lobby area for all staff, owners and guests to use upon entry and exit.

This spacious condo comfortably sleeps 6 with a king bedroom, a 2nd bedroom with twin beds that can be converted to king upon request and a couch that can convert to a queen. For your beach days, we have portable beach chairs available.

You'll have complimentary access to the recreational facility Unidad Deportiva Ing. Mario Villanueva Madrid across the street with soccer fields, tennis, basketball and racquetball courts, a cushioned walking track and a covered pavilion that offers classes such as Zumba, Yoga, and Salsa Dancing. You'll also have access to all areas of the condo and building amenities including rooftop deck, infinity pool, fitness room and secure underground parking.

We arrived at the apartment and were greeted by John who helped us park and get oriented. We had returned from a long trip down the coast to Punta Allen via Tulum so we needed a good place to relax before flying home and this was the perfect pad. The roof terrace and pool are great and the beach and all the shops and restaurants are nearby. Highly recommend this place!

We had a really good time at the property. Nice property, awesome rooftop pool. The location is close to 5th Ave and a lot of good restaurants. Our favorite was Chiltepin which was just a half a block away. We also made frequent visits to the new grocery store Chedrauie, also a half a block away.

This apartment has everything you need and it’s close to everything in Playa del Carmen. Adriana was the best with the check in process and was always available for anything we needed. Parking garage was a plus since we rented a car. Had an amazing time. Would definitely return.

Beautiful apartment - spacious, well equipped and in a great building with access to everything by foot. The owners were really helpful in suggesting restaurants. We hired a car so parking in the garage was perfect. We even managed to enjoy some time on the rooftop pool area. Loved the views of the sports park across the road. If we’d stayed longer would definitely have used the running track.

Perfect location in Playa Del Carmen! Even the locals we know said we lucked out with this rental. Quick walk to anywhere you want to get to, including the beach. What a gem!

We stayed here for 5 days with our 2 kids and loved the accommodations! Everyone was so helpful with recommendations. But the best parts for us were: the backpack beach chairs, the grocery store being so close, NOT being on 5th (avoiding the noise) but close to everything. The pool was nice and the rooftop was a great place to hang out in the evenings. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return anytime we come back to Playa!

Loved our Stay at the Paraiso Tranquilo. We had everything we needed in the unit. 2 spacious rooms, kitchen , 2 bathrooms , beautiful balcony, parking garage, friendly staff . Location is very close to a supermarket and the 5th where all the shops and restaurants are located but not noisy ! The owner is easy to communicate with and the property manager Adriana was also very sweet and available for us with any question . We will Definitely come back !

Playa del Carmen done right

With this being our first time in Mexico, we wanted to have a place centrally located to grab multiple days on the beach, Cozumel, and a day trip to Chichen Itza. The beach was less than 10 minutes away and had excellent sand and blue waters. Perfect for just floating and forgetting about reality. We were on the quieter side of PDC but close to very excellent restaurants and a grocery store to grab any necessities. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four where we could enjoy the hottest parts of the day doing whatever each wanted with A/C. We rented a vehicle and stored it in their garage because taxis were everywhere. The rooftop pool was perfect for overlooking the local sports complex and relaxing. I would gladly stay here again.

Wow what an amazing rental!!! Our family of 5 just got back from a one week stay. This was our first time renting a unit instead of doing all inclusive hotels, and this experience far exceeded our expectations. The unit is even better than the pictures. Enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop pool. The family also enjoyed watching soccer games from the rooftop pool. The unit is one block from 5th avenue, and few blocks from the beach. Home away from home - in paradise!

Our family visited Paraiso Tranquilo for two weeks and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The condo is beautifully equipped with all you'll need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable bedding and beautiful full bathrooms. There are also open/welcoming common spaces with seating and dining table. Be sure to bring your insulated mugs and cups to hold your beverages because the rooftop pool is spectacular but can get a bit hot. The onsite team is always available to answer questions and will go out of their way to accommodate your requests. Adriana, the property manager, was quick to respond to my questions and helpful. The property is conveniently located near 5th Avenue with numerous restaurants, clubs, shops, and street vendors. We recommend you explore the other areas of PDC as there are hidden gems all over the city (great food, cool shops, pharmacies). Don't miss out on this fantastic condo that is priced perfectly.

More than I expected

Owner was fantastic communicated promptly and went extra mile to provide information for area beyond the property, all information needed from reservation to check out was very clear and made process very easy. Booked transportation through owner did not have to hassle with airport chaos. The manager was excellent as described in other reviews, communicated back as soon as contacted, solved needs and provided tips for finding what else we needed Apartment was home away from home, all the basic needs were already available, we did not have to run to supermarkets right when we arrived to get basics the salt coffee she even left a bottle of wine. We are a eat healthy family and utensils provided were sufficient to enable us to cook. All beach accessories were provided even if we could not use them bad of the weed season but this is very important since the cost of using i club is $80 per two seats!!!!!!! Roof top pool came in handy, after day trips you would cool off in the pool before going into the apartment Also, the morning view on the roof top of the sports faculty with different activities was inviting, if you are staying longer please pack your sneakers to go for morning walk or run on the field Watching dancing lessons at the sports facility and different sports on the roof top provide another entertainment for us at night A few minutes walk to the Beach Only thing I would request for is increase the ovation for electricity, since it’s so hot a lot is laundry had to be done and machine could not take heavy loads so we almost hit the max. I rate this a five, my first vrbo rental and I was impressed Please get another rental in Cancun as our experience their was the opposite I will recommend friends and family to rent this Appt Thank you

Modern Stay with Amenities Walking Distance to the Beach

Beautiful stay in a well-stocked apartment within walking distance to the beach. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool! Beach essentials are thoughtfully provided. The apartment is nicely decorated and very spacious with two balconies. Across the street is a fútbol field and track so you may even be able to catch a game from the rooftop! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The home exceeded my expectations. It looks even prettier in person. Very clean and beautiful. Location is perfect. Walking distance to soo many options. John was amazing. They answer questions quickly & always avaiable. I asked (very last minute) if I can checkout early because I wanted to do some shopping & John was there within 30mins. He's very kind & friendly and educated us on what was nearby. I plan on returning with my family & i will make sure it's here again. My 2 sisters stayed nearby, but their homes & the care was no where near mine. They were both jealous.

Outstanding Condo, & Perfect In Every Way!

My Family of 4 adults and a teenager travelled to Playa del Carmen and knew we wanted to stay in a condo, we chose this condo based on reviews and proximity to everything and we were not disappointed. I had told the owners upon arrival that the pictures do NOT do this condo justice. It is big and spacious and is equipped with everything that one would need. We felt safe and secure and found our way around quickly. John & Patricia were so informative upon our arrival and recommended many good places to eat and shop. The 24 hour concierge was always friendly and assisted with any questions we had. This location really did have it all, steps away from 5th avenue and to the beautiful beach. The roof top pool was definitely enjoyable during the day and night. We were just so much more comfortable at Marea 34 then we could have imagined. We honestly can't wait to go back and stay here again. We would choose this property again because we feel that they have set the standard and exploring other places would probably end up in disappointment. Thank you so much again for opening up your beautiful condo for others to enjoy.

Our first family trip to Playa del Carmen was in October 2013. We fell in love with the beauty of the ocean, the hospitality of the community, and the intriguing Mayan culture. After returning again just 5 months later, we started considering something our own. We knew we needed to find a property with a view of what Playa has to offer. Marea34 was new construction with the breathtaking ocean view we knew we were looking for. We have enjoyed furnishing the 2 bedroom/2 bath condo to create the comforting atmosphere for all to enjoy.
