Big Beautiful Master Bedroom
Please note that this is not the entire house. This is for the master bedroom located on the second floor, which has a California King bed and a private bathroom. The house has 4beds, 2baths, 2,500sqft and is located in a wealthy neighborhood in San Diego, which is very peaceful and quiet. My son and I use 2 beds, and I rent the 3rd. The master bedroom is very large with its bath and all 3 rooms are on first floor so master bedroom has no other rooms attached.
This house has a cabin feel with a fireplace and a breathtaking view of the golf course. It is guaranteed to wow! There is plenty of street parking.
Again, this listing is not for the entire house, but you'll get the best part of it and can use the living room, sun room, and the beautiful view from the patio, swimming pool and the spa.

What makes this property unique
The house has 4 beds 2 baths 2,500 sqft. It is a beautiful house with a pool, hot tub, and an awesome view of the golf course. I live with my adult son and a small dog. There is plenty of street parking. I have a pool table, darts, and exercise equipment in the sun-room. Kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 coffee makers, toaster, air-fryer, oven, range, stainless steel BBQ grill, can opener, wine opener, all the utensils, blender, microwave, Disney+, Hulu, etc.
It is peace and quiet here with nearest bus station 1.6 miles away.
