Check out is by 11 am unless approved otherwise in advance. The property is cleaned right after check out so please ensure all belongings are taken from the unit and parking spot is available.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Disruptive or unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am daily. Smoking is not allowed.

This condo is in a perfect location for shooting around San Diego to explore all the different neighborhoods and beaches. Very clean and beautifully updated unit with a private parking spot. Check in was a breeze and will definitely look to re-book if we make another trip to the area.
