This brand new apartment is located on the bottom floor of our personal family home in the Golden Hill neighborhood. It features a small private fenced yard and large concrete patio with a dining table that seats 6 and a large outdoor seating area. The apartment itself is completely private from our home above and features 2 sets of French doors giving the space the perfect amount of sunshine!
