This is a great house in a great area. Easy to get to and close to all of the places we were visiting. The owner relayed the check in and check out procedures clearly and was available for questions throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this house and will plan to stay again when I’m back visiting.

Perfect house for one or two couples or a small family. The pool had a nice splash pad which is perfect for small children. We saw dolphins, cownose rays, and many different types of birds from the dock behind the house. The kitchen had everything you need in it. The beds were very comfortable. Great location - close to Pine Island, Punta Gorda, and Cape Coral.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean and looked exactly like the photos and description in the listing. Communication with the owner was excellent—they were very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with throughout our stay. The only minor inconvenience was that the boat lift wasn’t accessible for our use. However, there was still plenty of room to dock our 21-foot boat right beside the lift, so it wasn’t a significant issue. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Gulf, as well as nearby shops, restaurants, and everything this charming coastal town has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again!
