Nestled in the heart of Laguna Beach within the charming Royal Palms community, this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The first floor features an open-concept living area perfect for entertaining, along with a guest bedroom and full bath. The master suite, located upstairs, is 24' x 16' with gulf views and has a king size bed. The master bath has a 7' double sink vanity, walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in closet. There is a private balcony off master suite with beach views. The second bedroom, also located upstairs, has two bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. Each bunk has a full size bed on bottom and a twin bed on top. There is also a queen sleeper sofa for families. This room also has a large private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom, with a queen size bed, is located downstairs and has a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Outside, enjoy the back patio and deck with convenient pool access, creating the ultimate space for relaxation. The den, kitchen and dining area have an open floor plan, perfect for family gatherings and fun. The kitchen has upper-end appliances and granite countertops. The house sleeps 12 comfortably and is located in the highly sought after area of Laguna Beach. We are located on a beautiful preserved beach in a quiet family-oriented area. We are steps to the sand! Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room for fun. We are just a short drive to 30A and a few miles from the activities of Panama City Beach. Pier Park and Shipwreck Island are among the favorites. There are grocery stores located within 5 minutes. PCB is known for their many wonderful restaurants. Everything you need is waiting for you! Best of all, our aqua clear water is like no other!

Start dishwasher.
Lock up and return key to lockbox.

Your host
We are the Baileys and we are from a small town in Alabama. Laguna Beach has always been a special place to our family. This area is special to us because we have so many memories of spending summers on the beach with our boys. There is so much to do here away from the congestion. You can relax on the beach or go shopping at Pier Park. There is always something fun for everyone!
Why they chose this property
Laguna Beach is the perfect location. It is close to shopping and eating, yet located on a preserved beach. There are no high rise condos on our beach. You aren't touching the person's towel next to you. Our beach has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your friends. We are just a few miles from 30A and a few miles from Pier Park.
What makes this property unique
The best feature of Stay Salty is the location. We are truly in paradise. What many would consider "old Florida" with the cottages lined along the streets describes Laguna Beach. The section of beach where we are located is preserved, meaning no development on the beach. You really have to see it and experience the beauty and peacefulness of not having to deal with vendors, chairs and umbrella dealers, among other things that set up in front of you on the beach.
