Sirena del Mar is a three bedroom, two bath home located at 201 30th Street in Holmes Beach. This home has been updated and features a small pool. Its two very short blocks to the wonderful, white sandy beaches.

Sirena del Mar has a wonderful open design kitchen cabinets and appliances. There is a lanai overlooking the pool area. It's bright and cheerful and a wonderful Holmes Beach Retreat! It will sleep six people with a king size bed in the main bedroom, two full size bed in the guest bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom.

There is a 47" television in the living room. There is a 32" television in the master bedroom and a 27" television in the guest bedroom. There is a 20" television in the third bedroom.

Sirena del Mar is a one month minimum rental.

One small dog is allowed with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. No cats please!

Parking is limited to three vehicles.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental is awesome. It was our 2nd year and already have renewed for next year. It is comfortable, relaxing, and offers the ocean front 200yards away. The home as all needed requirements for a long stay, is decorated very nice and well cared for. It’s our hope to come here many more years. The property Management company is great, professional and responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been going to Anna Maria for over 20 years. This was our first time staying at this home. I liked the house. It was cozy and open. The pool was small but I liked that it was under cover for the most part so didn’t get too warm. Tv was a bit of an issue (Apple TV) but we finally figured it out. Being right by Gulf Dr could be a little noisy, but short walk to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week here! Beautiful water and weather. It was our first time here on the island and it did not disappoint! We rented a golf cart to buzz around and it is highly recommended. The house was awesome-plenty of towels, dishes, we loved the pool area, and the game room. Highly recommend! The bikes need some maintenance and the beach umbrella was broken but in no way hampered our vacation!
