Situated in Demuth Park, this sprawling 60 acre outdoor mecca in Palm Springs offers a variety of recreational choices for visitors of all ages. The park features multiple baseball and softball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, pickleball and basketball courts. It also has a well-maintained playground, picnic areas, and a dog park.

For fitness enthusiasts, there is a walking and biking path that winds through the park, providing scenic views of the surrounding mountains and golf courses. Demuth Park is also home to the Demuth Community Center, which hosts various programs and activities for residents and visitors. With its wide range of facilities and open green spaces, the park is a popular spot for outdoor recreation, sports events, and family gatherings.

The first guest room offers a comfy queen size bed, black out shades, built-in work station, organized closet space and sliding glass doors that offer mountain views which open up to the pool deck.

The second guest room is complete with a blissful queen bed and mirrors the first guest room with black out shades, desk, an organized closet and sliding glass doors that also open up to the pool deck.

The expansive guest bathroom showcases exquisite tilework, walk-in shower, sleek fixtures and access to the backyard entertaining space. Situated next to the guest bath is a state of the art washer and dryer available for use during your stay.

The upgraded kitchen boasts modern appliances, a large island and an abundance of serve ware to host all of your guests. The open concept seamlessly blends the kitchen with the living and dining areas allowing for plentiful seating options while you entertain.

Step outside through sliding glass doors to an inviting backyard oasis. A crystal-clear pool and an attached spa sit surrounded by lush desert landscaping with palm trees and an abundance of blue agave. Dual patios in front and back both feature built-in fire pits, providing the perfect spot for al fresco dining or relaxing under the stars. Our outdoor kitchen is complete with a stainless steel bbq, fridge, prep area and sink. Don't forget to challenge your friends and family to a game of Bocce Ball! Day or night the Bocce Ball court has always been a favorite desert pastime.

This home is the epitome of mid-century modern luxury, blending timeless design with modern comforts—an entertainer’s dream and a private sanctuary all in one.

See below for rental requirements:

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the City:

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
2. Primary renter is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract) and ALL guests are required to sign The City of Palm Springs Rules and Regulations form. We will request emails for all adults staying in the home and send everyone an edoc to sign prior to check-in.
3. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 4 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental. However, we do not have additional beds/bedding.
4. No more than 1 car per bedroom (3 max) are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours.
5. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
6. NO music is permitted outside at any short term rental in the City of Palm Springs. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

NO Pets Allowed at this property.

Pool heating is $75 per night (3 night minimum), but completely optional. Highly recommended October-May. When requested, the pool will be set between 82-86 degrees for at least 12 hours per day. Spa heating is included in the nightly rate as long as the spa is turned off after each use.
NO glass of any kind in the pool area.
Stays over 28 nights are not subject to the 12.5% Lodging tax. Utility fees may be charged on monthly rentals based on the time of year. Please inquire about monthly bookings prior to confirming your reservation.

NO SMOKING is permitted inside the house.

NO Parties allowed.
