Nextled in the County of King George, Fairview Beach is only 20 minutes from Fredericksburg and shopping. This community has a beachfront restaurant, nice sandy beach for your use, and wonderful place for kayaking, paddle boarding, relaxing and more. The river wildlife is abundant with Osprey, Eagles, Heron and other birds natural to our habitat. For exploring we have Caledon State Park five minutes away and also several vineyards and the Great Northern Neck. Consider this cottage your home away from home while you visit King George and surrounding areas of Colonial Beach and Fredericksburg. This marvelous property features 3 cozy bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 2 twin beds. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. Whether you're staying for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation, our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Great place to stay

Just what we needed

Cute home just a few houses back from the water but with water views from the kitchen. The house was well laid out and very neat and clean. This was a great place for us to stay with our dog while visiting family. Spring in Virginia is beautiful and I wish we had time to use the nearby beach but it was a great area for us to stay.

I moved to Fairview Beach approximately 25 years ago. It was a place I visited on occasions and we loved the charm.

Why they chose this property

It is a private small community nestled on the Potomac River where you can boat, kayak or SUP. We also enjoy going to the local restaurant on the river named Tim’s II of Fairview Beach. Incredible sunsets!
