Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes and put them in the dish rack
Used towels and washcloths go in the hampers provided
Please check that stove or fireplace is off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind in the house or near door entrances. A fine of 500.00 will be charged. And possible eviction.
No overnight visitors. Booked guest must be present. Extra charge of 100.00 per night/guest for stay will be required if not on reservation.
Please limit showers to 3-5 minutes as this home has a well. We are currently going through a drought which could affect water supply. Thanks

Charming cottage with updated decor. The host was very comucative during a power outage due to storms. The kitchen was nicly stocked with snacks and drinks. The pool was nice, but the backyard was not very usable due to some leftovers from repair work taking up the grassy area.

Thanks for sharing your review. We have three decks in the back which includes a screened in porch. Also a paved patio with table in chairs, no real grass area accept behind pool which is not used for entertaining.
